What a con!
When i enter the promotions to get a coupon for a free item they take all my details, send a code and when enter it "Unfortunately, under the promotion’s T&Cs and Privacy Policy, we’re unable to issue you with a coupon at this time.
NB. Your opt-in preferences were not retained.".
Others have had the same experience and have no idea why we can't apply for coupons.
I tried reaching out to them and they gave a waffly response that said nothing.
Not aware i have broken their T&Cs previously, but starts to feel like they are just scammers collecting details. If brands are genuinely choosing to work with this company then they should look for a new provider as this one is rubbish!

Blacklisted!

Zappit blacklist you and then claim to have no data stored about you. I’m surprised so many companies work with them because they do everything they can to stop customers actually accessing their coupons. There are more reliable coupon providers around.

Doesn't work

I have successfully used Zappit in the past but have recently failed to get coupons. As soon as I enter the validation code sent to my email address, error "Unfortunately, under the promotion’s T&Cs and Privacy Policy, we’re unable to issue you with a coupon at this time.
NB. Your opt-in preferences were not retained.".
Another reviewer has experienced the same issue, and like me has no idea what it means/why we can't apply for coupons. Submitting details into the application form is fine - it just fails at the validation point.

Zappit need better technology

Zappit need better technology, their current system is flawed. Who will answer spam calls in this day and age. That is if the robot bothers to call at all. You get one chance to catch the call and answer the question correctly with crackly phone line. If you miss it you can never participate in any campaigns in the future. There is no customer service. I ask for help and they did not read it. They copy and pasted same generic answer about missed phone call which is untrue as I never had a phone call. There is no usual error message. This is a circus show.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, I was waiting on a coupon they said they would call, I have no missed calls so I emailed and they was no help at all, saying how I missed the call when they didn't even call me and I won't be receiving my coupon because of that.. Just lies and no help.

Your opt-in preferences were not retained. I have also noticed an increase of junk emails and spam calls. The customer service is of no help and refuse to do anything

Customer service turn of your number if you complain

Coupons don’t work when I did complain to the company they said they would sort it they have never came back to me it’s been months now and turned my phone number of so I cannot redeem future offer though there company. I use other websites to do this and they are great if you are a business thinking of using them I would stay away.

They were a very unhelpful company

They were a very unhelpful company. I can accept that there may have been some issues with generating a code, but they were taking me through the rounds in customer service so-called ‘support’ over email and playing it off like ‘we’ll get that code with you in a moment, just give us these 3 bits of info’, every single time I responded with the info they wanted. Appalling experience.

Unhelpful & unprofessional company

Unhelpful & unprofessional company - a waste of time trying to utilise their voucher.
Then following up on the issue with their customer service team - even more time wasted!
It is clear from other reviews my experience is nothing new.
Having had no issue with previous Costa coffee promotions, Costa's mistake to use this company now has reflected poorly on them too.

Avoid!

Ask for your personal info to send an code to to get an freebie but you dont receive anything, they are an scam to just to get your info. I personaly would not use them in less you enjoyed been scammed and also there suupport who you can contact is utter rubbish.

Customer service asked about the details but on the next day was told the promotion was ended so nothing can offer to help. So what's the point of pretending to help? And they never response again.
Don't give them any personal information!

AVOID. just an awful way to do it

Just awful, give me a proper physical voucher!!

I got a voucher for a free tub of ice cream, tried to redeem the code and only had 20 minutes to do so.
Tesco till wouldn't scan it, staff didn't know how as it wasn;t showing up as a proper voucher. then the time run out and it claimed I redeemed the code. If you clicked the "I can't reedem the voucher" button, it just has a text box that says to show to a member of staff...
just a joke.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, stay well away. Given a voucher for a free cup of iced coffee. The voucher was for a different size, I didn’t realise this until I had pressed the redeem button. Explained to them what had happened and asked if they could re-issue the voucher, which they said they couldn’t do!

If you don't want to waste your time, avoid them.

I contacted them because I did not receive a coupon after following the procedures set out on the website. They asked me details which they should have known from my registration. I tried to be patient and answered their emails. Yet they just repeatedly asked me questions. Finally they just said they referred my case to their Technical Department. Then I did not hear any further from them.

I gave up on this. Completely time waster. Will never touch them and anyone using them for promotions.

Horrible Marketing Tactics

I received an email mentioning I am eligible for cashback for Persil products. The email I received mentions that the promotion ends in July, so I have purchased the product, but the terms and conditions (in small letters) mention it ends in June. I have bought the product without looking at the terms and conditions, and when I tried to claim the cashback, Zappit mentions that I am not eligible, although in the email, it mentions I have until July to claim cashback. This is completely horrible marketing, where they urge you to buy the product, but in reality, the promotion ended last month. I am very disappointed in the website that Zappit has sent to me, which is clearly misleading the users.
