Dossier complet envoyé contre Ryanair, comme d'habitude. Après des mois d'attente, je reçois un message que mon dossier est classé car je n'aurai pas répondu à un mail ?? Il fallait donc tout relancer... Envoyer les documents... Enfin pas sérieux. Pour avoir déjà utilisé les réclamations suite à des retards, j'ai eu bien des satisfactions avec refunmyticket. Ils ont obtenus gain de cause et sans discuter des mois... Je vous recommande refunmyticket
