Premiere experience avec skycop et je recommande reactif aux mails envoyé certe la procedure est un peu longue mais j’en ressors satisfaite je me suis vue remboursée mes billets d’avions en totalité apres l’annulation de mon vol ne lachez rien et faites confiance
