Dear Tim Wells,

You seem not tho understand the situation. Keeping the money of M*** is a theft. I consider your letter as a threat, which is much worst, and we shall report your agency to the police again.

We shall contact also Spotahome and a journalist of Guardian, which seems to be interested in your case. Because of GalleriaLettings M**** has to work every Sunday after school to recover the money lost. He is a student. You must be ashamed of your behavior.


Just to recall: we agreed with Angelos Sarra to receive back the TOTAL of the sum of 1346 pounds (copy of his email bellow).

problème avec Galleria Lettings à Londres

Bonjour, J'ai utilisé Spotahome pour trouver une chambre pendant quatre mois à Londres, j'ai fais un peu trop confiance et j'ai payé à l'agence Galleria Lettings presque 2000 euros à l'avance. Quelle bêtise! Galleria Lettings sont des vrais voleurs. Ils ont dit à mon fils que la maison est vendu, et ils vont nous rendre l'argent, chose qu'ils n'ont pas fait. On a du porter plainte à la police, après quoi nous avons reçu des menaces de la part des gérants de Galleria Lettings. Sans croire trop j'ai fais intervenir Spotahome qui ont été assez efficaces. Cela a duré un mois, mais j'ai finalement reçu mon argent. Quelle galère ! Merci Spotahome pour la coopération, mais il faut faire vraiment attention avec les propriétaires, une fois mis en relation. La somme payé à Spotahome sera rendue vite au cas de problème, mais pas le reste !!!
