Glad I Changed Suppliers.

For a period of time I had some bad experiences with fuel suppliers. After speaking to 100 Green and my contact ,a lady named Billie, I decided to change to them as my supplier. I have been so impressed with Customer Care and spoke with Billie about my specific needs , as i have health issues . She patiently listened and since then has gone over and above to ensure that,as there client, ime happy with there service. Ime glad i changed and would like to say Thank You to Billie for her kindness and professionilism, extremely grateful.

No complaints at all

No complaints at all! 100 Green were efficient, transparent and easy to communicate with from the start. And it’s good to know that my energy was coming from Green sources. Would definitely use you again.

Green is the colour

I have used Green Energy since I moved into my flat 2019. I love the fact that they use mainly green renewable energy.
I am saddened that because of the current global climate and unstable economic that I have to be selfish and switch providers to lower my over all bill payments in several different areas.

The phone was answered within 3 rings, and the issue sorted the same day. I cannot fault them for service compared with my experience of other electricity companies.

Very refreshing to talk to someone…

Very refreshing to talk to someone without having to press lots of options. The Scottish lady I spoke to was lovely, she went through all the options and answered all my questions so I could make the right choice for me. Wonderful customer service.

Everytime I call 100Green, it's been a good experience. Their emphasis on making sure a human answers your call almost immediately makes the whole process go so smoothly. No relying on annoying automated bots that take 10 mins or more to get through.
