Early days but i have received excellent customer service after a query re my smart meter. Instant response with follow up calls

I have been so impressed with Customer Care and spoke with Billie about my specific needs , as i have health issues . She patiently listened and since then has gone over and above to ensure that,as there client, ime happy with there service. Ime glad i changed and would like to say Thank You to Billie for her kindness and professionilism, extremely grateful.
