A great company & experience
I stumbled across 10 Adventures after being let down by another very well known company and as you can imagine putting your trust into a company I had never heard of before was somewhat daunting!
The trek was awesome albeit hard work! There were a few very minor issues which were rectified immediately
But I just want to recognise some of the staff who helped make it possible.
Kelsey was absolutely brilliant and was so helpful in arranging everything and ensuring that the process was smooth. I would have been totally stuck without her help and she helped to make a great Christmas present happen. I cannot thank her enough. She really went above and beyond in helping me.
Jean was again amazing in helping to get the travel arrangements sent over and ensuring we were happy with everything and knew what the daily routine would be. She was very helpful and ensured everything we needed we had
Alex gave us great support during the trek and advised us of any potential issues that may happen during the trek. He offered consistent support and it was great to know he was there in case he was ever needed. That was very reassuring.
We travel a lot hiking and have used various companies but 10 Adventures have outperformed way above what we expected and have really been good. The staff we have dealt with are a real credit to 10 Adventures and also the fact that as a co-founder Lynn also reached out to contact me prior to the trip is brilliant. The ethos of the company and the staff is really appreciated.
We will certainly be looking at our next hike with 10 Adventures and highly recommend them.
