This program is a complete game-changer. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the tools and resources provided have made the prospecting process seamless. I am so happy to be a part of the 10XBNB family and highly recommend them.

This company is a total scam. After joining the course, they wanted me to lie in front of the potential customers to get the business. I was not happy with the approach, so I decided to cancel my membership and requested refund. They asked me to send out 500+ emails and share screenshots of sent emails, which I did. Even though after fulfilling their requirements, I haven't received the refund to the date. It's been almost 1 year I requested the refund. They are not refunding my money. The phone numbers which I used to contact them is not working anymore. Stay away from these scammers.
I posted reviews 2 times in the past. They asked to delete the review to get the refund. Guess what, no refund to the date.

Leslie and the 10XBNB Bootcamp team have been great! They have been professional, they call when they say the will..they are encouraging and I feel they really care about my success!

My experience with 10XBNB was infuriating and financially damaging. I felt rushed into purchasing a $12,000 program. During the sales process, I was asked to use my wife’s credit and told to sign on her behalf for the financing—something I found shockingly unprofessional.
To be fair, they provide support while you are participating in the program. The nightmare began when I requested a refund. Suddenly, nobody took responsibility. I had to chase them through delays and disputes while interest continued accumulating. In May, I was told the refund would take about 30 days. I am still waiting.
They moved extremely quickly when taking my money but made leaving and recovering it incredibly difficult. The entire refund process felt like a scam to me.
They claim that no experience is necessary. I strongly disagree. In my experience, you need serious sales skills even to have a realistic chance of closing one deal, and every deal requires exhausting follow-up, negotiation, and stress.
Even with strong sales experience, do not expect to make the kind of money they lead you to believe you will make. It is much harder, slower, and more frustrating than it appears. Use your experience and business judgment somewhere else, because you may deeply regret investing it here.
My honest recommendation: DO NOT JOIN. Save your time, save your money, and stay away.

This is not only my experience. Go to the Better Business Bureau website and search for “10XBNB Vancouver.” Open the 10XBNB business profile and look under “More Information” for the BBB alert concerning a pattern of complaints.
The alert describes complaints involving refunds, cancellations, financing costs, difficulty contacting the company, and services not performing as customers expected. These reports are strikingly similar to my own experience. Anyone considering this program should read the BBB alert before paying them any money.

Refusing to provide refund after 1 year of exceptionally poor support from the company. Note, refund was requested within the start month, however, I was advised that I could only request a refund after 6 months if I was still dissatisfied with their service. I tried to attempt the course, but was stuck at phase 1, and no one, not 1 person from the company was able to help me, or even just get back to about my query. So I waited 6 months and requested a refund. Its 1 year later and they still have not refunded. Be VERY wary about entrusting this company with your hard earned money.

I’m really happy I found this company. It’s a learning process but with the mentorship that is provided, navigating the necessary steps to be successful can save a lot of time and money. If you have run your own air bnb, or just starting out, I definitely recommend this system. I’m signing two new contracts this week and want to ride that momentum into the summer.
