10XBNB Avis

love these Wednesday zoom calls Beth is amazing she answers question on the calls right away and is super helpful, love that I'm apart of 10xbnb!

questions answered!!

The live review is so helpful! Thank you, Coach Beth! Also love how open Coach Beth is when we want to ask questions. She is thorough in her answers while making sure she doesn't spend too much time on one question so we can get through everything we need to :)

The coaches and monitors are top notch! I have never been so drawn into a program like this, though I've been involved with quite a few. 10XBNB is the real deal for anyone looking for an amazing system that will get you income fast if you follow the system. In fact, one of the owners is putting on a Zoom tonight that I can't wait to see. I know there will be tidbits that I will be able to apply to my business and grow even further.

After years of searching for the one opportunity missing from my income generating portfolio, passive income, I found 10xbnb. Short term rentals generated $169 billion dollars in 2024 and is expected grow and grow in the coming years. As an already busy person I needed an opportunity that I could work on around my busy schedule while at the same would be truly mine. In only 6 weeks in the program I have learned so much. In speaking with property owners I already know more than they do in terms of maximizing the profitability of their properties. That being said, it is clear there is so much more to learn. I feel strongly I am on my way to becoming a true expert in this industry. Bits and pieces of this information are available online etc. but only a fraction and it is not organized in any cohesive system. Sean and Ari have developed a system that is easy to follow and so comprehensive. As I follow the program my confidence is building in terms of knowing my next steps and being able to really offer a great and profitable service to property owners that will make their lives easier and make us both money. With those results I expect to serve those owners for years to come resulting in true passive income allowing me to finally free up my time for my family and other passionate pursuits. Thank you Sean and Ari for the 10xbnb system.

Beth is a great coach! She explains things in a thorough but straightforward way. She is very kind and understanding.

Beth drives interaction and covers so much!

I had the pleasure of attending Beth’s Zoom session focused on optimizing Airbnb hosting with Hospitable, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. Beth brought a wealth of firsthand knowledge and delivered it in a clear, engaging, and approachable way.

She expertly walked us through the key features of Hospitable, highlighting how it can streamline guest communication, automate messages, and reduce the day-to-day workload of managing a short-term rental. What stood out most was Beth’s ability to break down the platform in a way that made it feel accessible even to those new to automation tools.

The session was not only informative but also highly practical—Beth shared real-world examples, best practices, and answered questions thoroughly, showing genuine care for helping others improve their Airbnb business. Her insights into how Hospitable integrates with Airbnb and enhances the guest experience were particularly eye-opening.

I walked away with actionable tips that I’m excited to implement. If you’re an Airbnb host looking to scale or just get more organized, I highly recommend catching one of Beth’s sessions. She’s a fantastic resource and clearly passionate about helping others succeed in the short-term rental space.

Beth provided great insight on managing properties!

Richly supported, well thought out and presented mastermind program. Every step is clearly laid out so you don’t need to figure out the details to fire up your own lucrative short term rental (Airbnb / vrbo) business - all without having to own the properties you’re presenting / representing. Win, win, win - for you, property owner & renter.

Beth is an exceptional coach. She is friendly and highly motivational. She simplifies the training material in a way that enables students to utilize the provided resources with ease.

Great info! Glad I made it to this meeting.

I have been a part of the 10XBNB program for 1 1/2 years. I purchased the DIY program and with the step by step modules and awesome support on the FB group, I have been extremely successful! There is so much help along the journey at your own pace and commitment! I highly recommend this program!

The coaches at 10XBnB are so helpful and really know their stuff! I highly recommend the 10XBnB program.

The added insight that Beth brought to the call for me blew my mind. I had my set of questions but her experience and willingness to share information to help me grow my business I so appreciated. I am missing out on things with Hostco and added features with Hospitable and how to work with the cleaners better. I am currently progressing with my business but the information shared will help me continue to scale

This is an amazing program, for those of you who are skeptical, just do it you won't regret it. The program is easy to follow and if you follow the steps and do the work it will happen and you will love it and enjoy it as well

Beth is extremely upbeat and does a great job explaining in detail all questions presented

Beth worked me through so much information on how to be successful. She provided so many helpful tips on how to set-up and hit the ground running. Thank you Beth!

The Wednesday Townhall with Beth was great. I always learn so much from her townhalls and coaching. I love that she answers everyone's questions, no matter how tribal it may seem.
