Just a stair carpet in a small house, not the biggest job ever. But the professionalism of everyone I dealt with at 123 Floor was great. Helpful advice, a good quality job completed in the promised timescale. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with 123floor and 456fix. Every member of the team responded to my questions quickly and effectively and there was good communication across all of the teams. Father and son Paul and Paul did a fantastic job on the floor (amtico), I am so pleased with it and it has made such a difference to the house, especially the herringbone design! The carpet team were fast and high quality and Gary sorted all building related jobs. I would 100% recommend 123floor, 456fix and every member of the team.

They are very professional from start to finish, would highly recommend!

There was a small area (12" x 6") around the dining room window which slightly dipped and I asked if this could be straightened in order for the skirting board to could sit level against the flooring. I was given assurances that this could be done.

The fitter decided to screed one third of the dining room floor and now I am left with dining room chairs that rock which did not beforehand. Charlie Mil-Homens response was "I can 100% assure you that if you had stated on any occasion that you had to have a spirit level perfect floor we would have stated this would not be possible."

Although the dispute was raised with the Ombudsman and I was compensated the matter does not end there. I am left with a floor that is uneven; no flooring company wants to touch/rectify a job that another fitter/company has done; it would cost far more than the amount of compensation received and any guarantees that 123floor made in their contract become null and void. 123floor have covered their costs and take no responsibility and I am left with a problem that I never had before and with no means to rectify.

Dealing with Charlie in the showroom was painful. He spent too much time telling me how busy he was.

They were friendly and easy to work with, great communication, everything was on time, and floor looks great!

The home visit by the rep was really helpful. Clearly very knowledgeable and assisted us greatly. The showroom visit was easy - even as covid restrictions eased. The fitters were excellent. The carpet is a great product and well priced. Could not fault the service in any way.

We are very pleased with both the wooden floor and the carpeted stairs that were recently fitted by 123. The service was great from start to finish. The fitters were very professional and worked very hard and very considerately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 123 Flooring!

We have used this company before to fit our kitchen floorboards, and decided to use them again to replace stair and landing carpets. Unfortunately, they identified after the old basement stair carpet was removed that some work was required to damp proof the stairs and also to repair plaster work. We were very happy that they provided excellent support to sort this out. It took longer than we originally hoped because of unforeseen problems with the stairs, but we found 123Floor to be efficient, helpful and professional, and would be happy to use them again.

We had a new Amtico floor laid in our Kitchen and conservatory. The job involved removing the old floor and laying a new Amtico floor.
123floor were polite, efficient and did a great job and the new floor looks fantastic. The price was also competitive.
I would definitely recommend 123floor to anyone.

Helpful service and advice in the store, excellent fitting job and flooring looks great

Got a variety of flooring as part of a renovation. Good service and advice from 123floor, as well as managing to cope when the timings were amended.

123 Floor have fitted various types of flooring for us over the years, the most recent being vinyl tiles in the main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Cannot fault the service we have received, Charlie and Rob are very friendly and helpful and the fitters are on time and professional. Would defintely recommend 123 Floor to anyone and will be using them again in the near future.
