I had never heard of this site and recently found myself researching a project that I had been involved with years earlier. To my amazement my search led me to 123 Help Me and there is my paper that I wrote while at DePaul University. I have no idea how they got the paper but, yeah that's kinda freaked. Where is this stuff coming from? I wonder how many stolen works are here.

On the 15th of May, I was deceived into signing up for a service on 123helpme.com. This service claimed to provide sample essays to help students gain a better understanding of certain subjects. I agreed to a £7 for a 7-day trial, but to my dismay, they sneakily charged me the full amount for an entire year, totaling £119.40. As soon as I noticed this, I promptly canceled my subscription and reached out to them for a refund. Shockingly, they not only refused to refund me but also had the audacity to suggest that I had agreed to their terms and conditions, thus voiding any possibility of receiving my money back.

This company is operating a corporate fraud scheme and is registered under the name "Barnes and Noble," which grants them an air of legitimacy. This status seems to be enabling them to commit fraud without facing consequences. If they were not a registered company, I doubt they would be able to get away with such deceptive practices.

Moreover, the essay examples they provide are of abysmal quality, clearly written by either unqualified staff or generated by some form of artificial intelligence. It is truly shocking that they have the audacity to sell such subpar material. In reality, they do not possess a genuine product to offer, making their entire operation fraudulent.

Furthermore, I believe that the majority of the positive reviews they have on Trustpilot are fake reviews. This only adds to the deception and manipulation carried out by 123helpme.com. It is alarming to see how they are attempting to mislead potential customers and maintain a false reputation.

To ensure justice is served, I have escalated this matter to the Police's Department of Fraud Action Line, which specifically deals with online fraud. I aim to have this company removed or blocked from the internet for UK customers. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with the U.S. companies register, urging them to blacklist or remove this company from their records.

It is essential to take action against 123helpme.com to protect unsuspecting individuals from falling victim to their deceitful tactics.

I have never had to do a negative review but I DO NOT want people to go through what this company has put me through. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. I signed up a year ago and chose the monthly plan however they charged me $119 when I specifically chose the option I knew I could afford which was I think was $29 a month. I tried to contact customer service and explain that this was an error on their behalf however they did not refund me my money. I immediately cancelled the subscription and wanted nothing to do with this dodgy company yet here I am a year later and they have once again charged me $119 because supposedly I was still subscribed which is false as I even contacted my bank the first time they stole my money and made sure that the subscription was cancelled. I have tried contacting customer service again yet nothing has been resolved and they have stolen a total of $238 from me. I really urge and advise whoever reading this review to not make the same mistake that I did signing up with a company that does not acknowledge their errors and instead steals money from people. Do yourself a favour and sign up with a company that has good customer service and will not put you through the stress I have been put through.
