Frontline employees
Frontline employees, [emphasis on customer service & account reps] are leaps and bounds the most important people in the company. The customer doesn't talk nor is he or she concerned with who the owner or CEO may be. Adelina, is the epitome of the best frontline employee a company could ever hope for. Patient, professional, knowledgable, with personality and humor. What more could a customer hope for.
