I was charged 39.95 for the subscription but had no intent on using it. Most companies allow for a refund if you cancel within a 24-hour window after a trial. However, 12 Legal Templates is not one of those companies. They did not want to refund me because they believe that the writing is written on the wall and I should've been aware of this policy. Isn't that a joke?

I don’t even remember what this website was actually called. But same problem for me!! I always cancel FREE subscriptions within the window, and I definitely did. And I was charged $39.95 and I don’t know what it’s for?

I got my templates under their 7-day-free-trial basis. Then I requested that my subscription be terminated. Since then Iv been billed 2 months, although I made another request to be terminated.

Company continued to bill me for months after cancellation without my knowledge nor permission. I had to cancel my debit card.

Just like everyone else here. Got charged $49.95 and NEVER agreed to any subscription for anything. And if it is 12legaltemplates.net website that is doing the charging there is ZERO help at all there. So..as someone else mentioned..it may be someone else entirely. I'll contest the charge and I hope my bank can just block them for future charges...hopefully I won't have to cancel the card!

I need to cancel the continued payment. I do not need it any longer and the cost is too high. No longer have the funds.

My experience was one of fraud. I accessed a legal form for $1.00. The site said that after one week, if the trial was not canceled, I could continue to search for another form for $1.87. One week after my card was charged, another charge appeared for $49.95. Both charges came from 12legaltemplates.net. When I attempted to go to this website, the scam loaded where it said my phone had been hacked. I immediately closed that window, but the next step in this scam is typically attempting to charge the user to "fix" their "infected" phone.

Upon contacting the original website I accessed in order to dispute the charge, which uses the URL legaltemplates.net, they instructed me to log in to my card provider and see what merchant submitted the charge. I responded that I already knew they had submitted the charge, despite the different name, as it came from the same merchant who submitted the $1.00 charge. They count on the consumer reporting a different merchant name, which they can then deny as being submitted by them.

When I demanded an immediate refund they emailed me, saying my subscription had been cancelled, but no mention was made of the $49.95 charge. I contacted my card provider to dispute the charge and cancel my card.

Scam. Didnt fill out a profile. Somehow charged me on day i finally figured out how to cancel as they could not find an account for me. Now don't want to refund

I don’t know how this company got my bank information, but they’ve been charging my card $49.95 every month without my permission. This feels like a scam—be careful and double-check your statements.

SCAM there isn't a site called 12 legal templates so you can't find them to cancel. There is a legit site with similar name so they often get people calling only yo be told they can't find your account...because they honestly don't have it. Credit card company canceled one month and sent me a new card but this site runs as a subscription so credit card company forwarded their charge to new card.

They charged me on the day that I was cancelling. Technically, I had 12 hours to cancel before being charged. After showing them this, they still would not refund my account. I would've canceled last night driving from out of town but their phone service doesn't work!!! So, unless you go online you can't cancel,....which no reasonable person would do while driving.

Fraudulent charge on my credit card. I have never used this website, ever!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CARD - much like everyone else here!

This company has access to my bank account and I didn't even give them permission over the information to have my card information I have no account with this organization and yet they still keep trying to charge my card.

This place doesn't exist take money with out permission and try to get I ve you viruses

Much like the other reviews here, I was charged $39.95 when I have no memory of giving them my credit card information. The site said Free Forms, but waited until after I completed filling it out and attempting to download it to tell me "actually, it's a subscription." So I closed out of the window and went to a different site. I guess they didn't like I closed out of their site, and the cost of doing that is $39.95. Luckily, my credit card company instantly blocked it and reported it for me. Bye bye scammer.

This is a SCAM. They charge you 49.95 and your bank will tell you there's nothing they can do about it.
