Don't trust them
Don't trust them. Don't even ask for a quote. This happened to me. I made an inquiry, I wasn't satisfied with the price and refused the service. I agreed with another company. Today a repairman called me saying he was at the address/I was expecting one because I had an appointment with a certain company/. A man came without introducing himself, who he was, where he was from, in less than 5 minutes and told me a price that was not the agreed upon. He doesn't accept card payments, he doesn't issue an invoice. Then I started to have doubts, but I paid. I immediately called the company I had an appointment with and it turned out that the repairman wasn't theirs, but 151. Where did they get my address from? Where did they get my phone number from? I contacted a dispatcher at 151 and they explained to me that the problem was mine. I hadn't paid him. They couldn't give mean invoice, and they also didn't give me a service report.
