The customer service women were very polite and very thorough. When the lawyer came on the phone he was very rude and told my husband to suck his balls. I do not recommend this company.

The representative who answered the phone did not understand the nature of my case and ended up transferring me to a law office who had nothing to do with that case.

I never received a call after my intake…
I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.
