Worst customer service zero…
Worst customer service zero communication. Ordered a rear wheel for a feather power chair. You would think it is a pretty simple transition. After ordering it received email confirmation stating i would be provided a tracking number when part is ready to ship. 3 weeks go by and nothing so I call and spoke to a rep. Am told it's being processed and should ship any day. I asked whats hold up because web
website says most orders ship in 2 to 3 days. Says I should have shipped and will follow-up with warehouse. Another week goes buy so I call again, this time was put on hold for 10 min before call drops. Received a call back 5 min later and this time I'm told part is out of stock and not expected to have any til end of May I asked why I wasn't told this when I placed order or called first time, no answer. I asked if she understood how important having parts to a wheelchair they sell is to a person that requires a wheelchair? Again no answer.i asked for order to be canceled, money refunded and will purchase part elsewhere if I can find it or buy new chair from anywhere but them. Was told they will process the request and send confirmation email. Week goes by and nothing.
