Worst customer service zero…

Worst customer service zero communication. Ordered a rear wheel for a feather power chair. You would think it is a pretty simple transition. After ordering it received email confirmation stating i would be provided a tracking number when part is ready to ship. 3 weeks go by and nothing so I call and spoke to a rep. Am told it's being processed and should ship any day. I asked whats hold up because web
website says most orders ship in 2 to 3 days. Says I should have shipped and will follow-up with warehouse. Another week goes buy so I call again, this time was put on hold for 10 min before call drops. Received a call back 5 min later and this time I'm told part is out of stock and not expected to have any til end of May I asked why I wasn't told this when I placed order or called first time, no answer. I asked if she understood how important having parts to a wheelchair they sell is to a person that requires a wheelchair? Again no answer.i asked for order to be canceled, money refunded and will purchase part elsewhere if I can find it or buy new chair from anywhere but them. Was told they will process the request and send confirmation email. Week goes by and nothing.

Refused Refund for My Returned Product

Their wheelchair products deserve 4.5-star, but their return processing performance is subpar and deserves 1-star!
I purchased their 19lb wheelchair and found its 18" width too narrow. So I returned it basically unused. After three weeks from their returns receipt date I still hadn't received my money back. So I called them at their only contact number getting Customer Service and they claimed their Warehouse hadn't yet inspected my return, but will do so "soon"? However they said they'll "expedite" the matter for me. I then asked to be connected to their Warehouse inspection department and they blatently refused, claiming they have no outside contact phone extension! Absurd! So several days later I called again for an update and Customer Service tells me their Warehouse still hadn't opened my box? So I asked to talk to a Manager and they again refused to connect me claiming they're not allowed to do that? I became irate and the receptionist quickly stated she'll again escalate the matter. Absurd! I was then promised a callback by a manager but never got one. What is going on with this company's returns policy and my money? Buyers beware!

IF it looks too good to be true......

Got an email for a 10% discount, I've been looking at this chair for some time so I bit. I wish I had researched reviews before I did so. Unresponsive customer service, unacceptable responses. When I asked when I might get the chair, after 3 days I get a response with a picture from their CURRENT page showing the product on backorder till the 25th. Not a good way to promote customer confidence or loyalty. They did offer a smaller chair or a used one, so sweet. If I could use the smaller one, I'd have ordered it. Not a happy customer at this point.

Customer service needs apathy training

Customer service needs apathy training!
The items are misleading and not as advertised! The aesthetic, weight, etc is different upon arrival! I bought a $1500 scooter it is not disable friendly! I knocked out my tooth when the scooter turned over while going up a sidewalk ramp!

Very poor customer service post sales

I ordered the feather wheelchair and a seatbelt that the customer service rep confirmed would fit the feather chair. When both arrived, it was obvious that the instructions video on their website for the seatbelt showed a wheelchair frame that does not match that of the feather wheelchair. I emailed customer service for help and was told that the seatbelt will fit but without further instructions. After nudging them with another email, they sent me the same video as the one on their website! I replied re-explaining the issue and even sent them a video of the feather chair frame to illustrate. There has been no response since even though I have emailed them again. Dreadful customer service. Avoid.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Product arrived 20 days after ordering (even though website said 5-7). Had to call twice and email to finally get it shipped. They ignored my email inquiries about the status twice. Because it was so slow I ordered a cheaper one on Amazon and it was great. Because of that I requested to return the 1800 product and they said no due to hygiene issues. I could understand that but it hasn’t even been out of the box! I explained that the only reason I was returning is because theirs took so long to arrive and yet they did nothing. Terrible company, terrible customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I purchased the featherweight…

I purchased the featherweight wheelchair, not realizing that the arm rests are significantly lower than those on standard wheelchairs. I called the company and asked if I could return it and explained that it is in brand new condition and never been used. They told me that it is not returnable, not even if I would pay return shipping and an additional restocking fee. I would never do business with this company again.

Stay away. No Customer Service

Do yourself a favor and choose another option. I ordered a wheelchair for my father because he needed a very light chair to lift in his car. Another company we worked with, he was EXCELLENT, didn't have one light enough. I did a Google search and found 1800 wheelchairs with a chair advertised as 13.5lbs. We decided to move forward and they said the chair would arrive in a couple of days. Well we checked after not receiving the chair and found out that it was damaged in shipping. I found this out by following the tracking number. When I called 1800 Wheelchair, they didn't have any clue but checked and saw the same thing. Since then, I have not been able to get an estimate on when a new one will be sent. They are not responding to emails and no one you call knows anything. Horrible customer service. I understand that there was a weekend and a holiday, but this should have been a priority when they returned to the office, all I'm asking for is an estimate shipping date. That's basic information. Stay away from this company.

Decent for wheelchair stuff

I made my first order here recently more to see if they were a good place to shop for wheelchair stuff than anything. I saw they had good sales and prices so I went ahead and bought a wheelchair cushion to use in my car seat. Shipping took a very very long time but that may have been on the maker of the cushion, not necessarily this company. The discount on the specific cushion I got made it sort of with giving them a try.
Customer service did respond quickly when I inquired on the status of my order (within 24 hours) but told me that the vendor said it was shipping the next day. It didn't ship until the next week (5 days later but 2 of those were a weekend). Again I can't be sure if the vender really told them that or if this was a 1800wheelchair error. In either case this is a decent company to order from if you find they have the best price of what you need when you're shopping around.
