Called in relation to a trigger listed as back order, gentleman on the phone called their supplier who confirmed they had one. Ordered and paid then shipped directly from the supplier arriving in a couple of days.

Fantastic service and certainly will be ordering from them again! If I could give more than 5* I would!

Their email response to enquiries was exceedingly quick and informative.

Had an issue with the autofill of my address which gave the wrong post code. Gave spud reloading a call which was answered swiftly. Post code amended. Product from order to delivery was prompt. Excellent customer experience.

Super quick response on e-mailed question. The international shipping fee is lower than the listed and they refunded the difference once the order had been updated.

The RCBS shell holders arrived rusted, despite being sealed in their original manufacturer packaging. I had to use a wire brush and Ballistol to remove most of the surface rust. It seems they were either stored in damp conditions or packaged by RCBS with moisture present. Considering the high cost of these shell holders, you’d expect them to be in pristine condition when purchased new.
