This is mine and my boyfriend’s first time moving out and searching for properties in London. Josh at 1st Avenue has really helped make the process not only feel simple, but also really pleasant and enjoyable. They’ve really simplified the whole process of organising viewings, background checks, putting in offers, etc. Nothing felt confusing or complicated, and my boyfriend and I have really been able to just enjoy this process of our first time moving out, rather than feeling stressed!!

Phoenix from First Avenue was honestly amazing. I had a bit of a panic about my window at home because it looked like it had blown open in the wind, and I was worried about my cat being inside on her own. I called First Avenue, and Phoenix went straight over to check everything for me.

He even brought tools with him to fix the window, sent me a video showing me how to use it properly, and then let me know that my cat was completely fine. He was so kind and reassuring and simply said, “This is what we’re here for. We’re here to help.”

I’ve genuinely never experienced such amazing service while living somewhere. I now feel so secure and safe knowing that if anything happens, there is someone there who genuinely cares and is willing to help. Phoenix even took my number, which made the whole experience feel so personal and reassuring.

I’ve been carrying out reactive maintenance works and pre-occupation (pre-OC) works for 1stAvenue, and the experience has been excellent. Communication is clear and work is well organised. The team is professional, supportive and always provides the information needed to complete jobs efficiently from the property management team (Skye, Nik, Reese, Josh (Pre oc team), Pheonix). I would be happy to continue working with them and would recommend them to other contractors.

Massive kudos to Phoenix Endacott, very capable of his job - patient and responsible.

The operation and the seniors tho -Severe delay communication between the agency and the contractor, as tenant I had to follow up myself with the contractor, and the issue took a month to fix.

Another massive delay due to 'wait for their solicitor'. Should've had better preparation before any regulation/law update.

Phoenix from the property management team is an excellent communicator, responds quickly and always addresses all my questions thoroughly, providing clear answers and helpful suggestions. Phoenix consistently follows up on issues and replies within minutes on the same day. As someone who has just moved into a new place, I have found the support to be incredibly helpful.

Selling my property with Matthew Amos was a breeze. From proving in-depth documents about my flat in the current market, to finding buyers and through the selling process.

He was always there to handle questions, chase up solicitors and provide communications from myself to the buyer and vis versa
