I got my order canceled and they didn't refund me I did everything I can but they don't answer even the live pass the responsibilty to other departements there just a scam avoid them go to other services and the live chat has no utility

Avoid - they fail to notify you of important Government letters
1st Choice Formations set up a company for me and I used their London address as my registered address. I paid them to scan letters (mail/post) that are sent to the registered address and notify me of that. They failed to notify me on several occasions over 5 months and as a result I didn't see important letters from HMRC. HMRC then sent me a fine (which 1st Choice also didn't notify of) and then I was fined again! They have caused me a lot of trouble and a big mess to clear up with Government bodies, not to mention fines and significant stress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Pay for mail forwarding and they do no send any mail on to you then when you enquire it takes ages for them to respond and they refuse to refund me for a service they have not provided. Will be taking this further, total scam company!

Support unacceptable, important governmental mail not accessible! Fines :(
I am continuously writing emails to their administration team get access to my sharefile account, where 1st Choice Formations stores important governmental information. After failing for the last 2 months and still no answer, my only hope is to finally wake the company up in writing negative reviews. I will need to pay penalties, because of their non-existence support! Think twice before you trust Robert Morris and this company to handle your UK company registration + secretary services!

I am surprised to see no review about 1stchoice-formations.co.uk / 1stchoice-business.co.uk here. I used them to set up a company and address service (not just government mail but all mail to the company and the director) for ver a year (renewed at ~£100). They upload the scan to a webspace and I have to download it there. They send an email if there is new mail, if I remember right. I would not know how they could do the job better than that way. And that's for £100 a year. Their support replies OK. So I'd say their service was as expected.
