Lots of reminders about the policy…
Lots of reminders about the policy renewal. All details sent immediately by email. I phoned to make the payment and the call was answered straight away. My card details were taken, the policy was renewed and copies emailed to me. A very good service, I cannot fault it.

IStop Insurance always have the best interests of the client in the forefront of their work. They listen carefully and understand what is needed and always make clear the benefits and limitations of any proposal.
It is helpful that they offer a personal service and have used them over a number of years because of this.

Responsive and customer focused
I have used 1Stop for several years and found them very friendly, customer-focused, flexible, responsive and meeting my needs. A phone call or email, nothing seems to be too much for them, and they are always there for you. I highly recommend this service.

Impressive service and highly competitive quotes
I have used 1stop for quite a few years now to gain insurance for personal needs as well as two totally different charities, there service has been really impressive and the quotes highly competitive, far better than other brokers I have used.
