My instructors name was Jason Sheppard. He was undoubtedly the most helpful, friendly and professional instructor I’ve had. His ability to comfort me in stressful situations with an understanding yet professional view was very helpful. Some fun and interesting conversations along the way, thank you for everything Jason!

Jason was a fantastic instructor to learn with. From our very first lesson he quickly picked up things that I was capable at and those which I needed help with. We were able to work together consistently to improve my driving in those areas. Jason doesn’t teach you test routes which is actually very good preparation for real world driving. Ended in a pass with only 3 small faults. Would recommend Jason & 1st stop to any new learners!

Jason was an extremely patient, accommodating and knowledgable driving instructor! From the many challenges posed Jason allowed me to understand and practice driving at my own rate and allowing me to progress to passing my test! Would 100% recommended Jason to anyone!! Thanks again Jason!

Jason was a brilliant, friendly and relaxed driving instructor and really helped me to manage my nerves and overthinking in the car. He explains things in a really plain English, easy to understand way.

I'd previously failed 3 tests before starting with Jason, mostly down to my nerves. Jason helped me to learn to take things slow, not overthink and trust my judgement - which helped massively on test day and I passed!

I’m a nervous little bean who struggles with anxiety but my instructor Jason has been a credit to get me to where I am. I’ve just passed my test with 1 minor. I honestly could not have done it without him. Highly professional, knowledgeable and yet funny to make me feel relaxed in my stressed out mind.

Jason is an amazing instructor. He was able to put me (a very nervous driver) at ease. I got confident pretty quickly under his guidance. He was full of great advice, very patient, friendly, and I also felt he was able to adjust his teaching to my needs. I have passed my test but will be looking to do some extra lessons with Jason!! :)

Jason was my driving instructor - Thanks to him, I passed my test first time! He was incredibly brilliant and patient with me, as I tend to get very nervous and overwhelmed myself with doubts. He was very flexible with me as I have a young baby and that means I have limited availability. I cannot thank Jason enough for making me feel relax and confident to drive! Absolutely amazing instructor!

Jason was a great instructor. He was very accommodating of my limited availability, and let me learn at my own pace, introducing new areas of driving to me as and when I was ready for them, rather than following a set plan that might not have suited where I was at with my learning/confidence at any given time.

Very personable, and always felt like a good catch-up rather than just a driving lesson.

I’m now fully-qualified to drive, and owe a lot of that to Jason. Be sure to use him, if you’re looking for an instructor!

I passed on my first time thanks to Jason! He was incredibly patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. A fantastic teacher that broke everything down so that I could understand it easily. No one else could have done a better job!

I had Jason and he was absolutely brilliant. He was relaxed, fun to be around, gentle, patient and understanding when emotions got the better of me and I beat myself up over mistakes (even touching base with me later that evening) That was really appreciated. He explained things really well, challenged me when needed, let me take an active role in my learning as I asked for what I needed and was constantly encouraging. It took me 4 attempts at my test due to nerves and then some life issues going on but he stuck by me through the whole thing and I am very grateful. He was the best instructor for me as a complete beginner and I could not have asked for better.

I learned to drive with Jason as a teenager with very bad anxiety, and had a really great experience where I was eventually able to pass first time. I hadn't driven in about 8 years since then, and am now in a position where a car would make life much easier but was concerned about just jumping back in after so long with no practice - I had a refresher lesson with Jason, and it really built up my confidence and eased my anxieties around getting behind the wheel again. Thanks Jason!

i’ve had the worse instructor who honestly is sexist to only males, when he is a male him self. His name is jason, and a week before my driving test he refused to come with me when he agreed he would. ( he’s done this to one of my close mates as well because he was a male).WORST DRIVING INSTRUCTOR IVE EVER COME ACROSS DO NOT GO WITH HIM. oh and one thing he tells you to make a good review about him even though he don’t do anything in the car, he’s always on phone constantly on it, doesn’t pay attention to the road when he should as a instructor, and makes really bad inappropriate jokes.

Passed first time with Jason, only 3 minors! Jason has been immense. We’ve had weekly 2 hour sessions for a few months, would highly, highly recommend to any Learners in the Cardiff area.
