Customised T-Shirts
Since dealing with Christopher from the outset and explaining what I was looking for it was seamless. I was looking for customised T-shirts and the whole process could not have been easier. The T-shirts are high quality, this was delivered with a very tight deadline and it could not have been more professionally handled. Will definitely use 1worldprint again. The best of the best.

I spent close to £6k on stock for my business with 1Worldprint. The services and communication I had from Chris and Mark as been poor from the start. Quality issues which they took no accountability for, quoting "industry standards" which don't exist, patronising me with me "lack of experience in the textile industry" and the £20.98 refund they offered me. I have been to 2 other business offering the same services since and the quality is perfect and zero excuses. I would not recommend 1WorldPrint at all. Do not waste your time.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the details of your order to provide full context.
Your garments were produced following the visual approval from Quiet Hours Club, and the visual stated a permitted print variance. Every print company will have a print variation allowance. The variation you later raised (under 1cm) falls well within this agreed tolerance and reflects standard practices in bulk textile printing, where minor movement can occur due to the nature of garments being manufactured at scale.
The actual blank garments themselves also have a variance, and when produced in huge quantities, not every garment is to the millimetre the same size.
The visual proof was signed off on your behalf prior to production, and while we understand this may have been completed by your business partner (who was in cc throughout the email chain), we are not in a position to manage or verify internal approval processes within your organisation. We would not have taken the order on if the visual was not approved, with the variance accepted.
To ensure fairness, a manager personally inspected every returned garment. This review identified only four items with minor labelling issues (a loose stitch), and these were refunded in full. We did replace these items but unfortunately DPD had a problem with the delivery address. No further faults outside of agreed tolerances were found.
In addition, we offered a video call to go through the items with you in detail, which was declined. We always aim to resolve concerns transparently and collaboratively where possible, and feel we have been honest and fair throughout this process.
We have taken the accusation of you being patronised extremely seriously, and have taken time to listen to the call we had with yourself. After listening to the call, it was in fact yourself that told our team member that this was the first time you had any experience of clothing printing, and in no way, shape or form do we feel like you were being patronised.
Regarding your comparison to other suppliers, we were told the sample prints were produced on random material as one off’s, and these are not directly comparable to bulk production runs, where variables differ significantly.
While we respect that you are not satisfied with the outcome, we stand by the quality of the work delivered and the steps taken to address your concerns fairly and in line with agreed terms.

Great for Bachelor Parties
I used 1WorldPrint for my friend's bachelor party. We ordered 25 t-shirts in a range of different sizes, printed with high-resolution photos with text on the back.
All were great quality and fit perfectly.
The transaction was smooth with no issues. Price was very reasonable, would 100% use them again.

I used to consider them the best of the best, but recent orders went downhill, with one having the wrong colour printed on one of the screens and the other order having a half tone design completely messed up. When they’re good they’re great but when they mess up, they refuse to take accountability and leave you massively out of pocket. I won’t ever make the mistake of trusting them again.

Fast and communicative service
I wanted some t-shirts embroidered for an upcoming trip, Mark and Chris were very helpful and quick to respond. I accidentally provided the wrong deadline and the team managed to meet the earlier deadline with next day delivery once we realised the error. Would definitely recommend and use again.
