Easy to create but the issue I had was…
Easy to create but the issue I had was positioning text. I wanted text on different lines which it allowed me to do but when created it wasn’t. This led to one bit of text that should have had a space but didn’t. I couldn’t see a preview of the finished text, if I had I could have corrected it.

The card looked nice but the recipient in New Zealand couldn't open it on WhatsApp.
Abd the 2050 app just won't open.

They did not put in all the words and…
They did not put in all the words and made it seem that I was okay with the limit.
Then the cheeky buggers charged me more than if I could senf a card with postage on my own !
Hard pass ! This is a rip-off !

Hopeless!!!!
The card I received was exactly what I wanted, problem was that when I sent it to the person via watsapp, the person contacted me to say that the file could not be opened, absolutely HOPELESS !!!
Would never use this service again, was a really important jesture that failed miserably.

Unable to use. System fault.
I used these last year, they were fantastic. This year I wanted to use them again. But I kept getting a fault message (There is a problem signing up. Request failed.) and was unable to progress. No matter which device I tried on or how many times. So it was a big disappointment.
Footnote: The company CEO intervened to enable my cards to be sent, so I am thankful for that. Not sure if the signing in problem still exists though. But, all in all, I would now recommend this company.

Excellent Service
First time using 2050 as a one off Christmas WhatsApp card to a group of friends.
Had an initial problem with the App and with card not being able to be sent.
Queried this through WhatsApp chat and issue resolved in under 5 mins.
Very impressed with speed of response to issue and card was lovely and much appreciated.
Would recommend and will use again.

In terms of the Android recipients, in future please do try 'sharing' rather than 'forwarding' the cards as that results in the recipients being able to open.
