We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. 20Cube was appointed to work through the challenges that may be faced in the movement of this non-commercial transfer between the shipper and yourself. We have consulted with your company at length on the documentation and permits required to import this into the end destination country and reduce the risk of seizure or re-exportation. The advice provided to you has been extensive and we have also recommended an introduction to a customs broker that can assist you further. Until a valid import permit is obtained, it is not advisable to send the shipment. We trust that our scope of work has been fulfilled and that in due course, following the presentation of the appropriate documentation, we will be able to ship the product.
Great Experience - Great Service
We started off using 3 different Freight forwarders to make sure we were getting the best deal available, 20 Cube came in better on every quote but just as important to us the communication back from Joise and the team was 10 x better that we were getting from elsewhere. 20 Cube has become an integral part of our business and we can't speak highly Joise and the service she provides.
