Not good moment

Gave three stars. Everything was fine, good price, good assortment, but then this happened ... I ordered a garden swing. The order was canceled after few days. I've been waiting for refund for few weeks now. I ordered a set of garden furniture, everything came well packed, but one part for the table was not enough. I called them several times, they offer to write to them and send a photo, and so on in a circle, it will soon be a year since the furniture was bought, but there are no answers from them. You call them, wait a long time. Help desk operators do not know who is responsible for what.

Terrible experience with missing items

After 4 months of silence they've finally refunded the items missing in the delivery. Here is the original story:

I've ordered 4 packs of baby diapers with delivery to omniva pakomat. When it arrived - there was a single pack in a box. I've contacted support - they answered that they started an investigation of the situation. A month and a half later - no response. Asked them for an update - they responded with the very same reply that they started an investigation.

Very unprofessional customer service

Very unprofessional customer service. Website ok , although it’s a bit to long for home delivery. But if you need to resolve some problem with customer service, there is no chance. They don’t know how to speak, how to help. I had a feeling I am talking with robot, who constantly repeats same sentence.

Preču kvalitāte ir ļoti apšaubāma

Pasūtīju 2 preces un samaksāju par piegādi. Viena no precēm bija bojāta. Mums lika pašiem nest uz veikalu, lai gan pasūtījām no interneta veikala. Kaste bija ļoti smaga. Veikals preces pieņēma, bet neapmainīja. Viņi teica, ka mums atkal jāpasūta tiešsaistē. Pasūtīju vēlreiz un prasīju atlaidi piegādei, jo pirmajā reizē jau samaksāju par bojātas preces piegādi. Viņi man atteica piegādes atlaidi.
Uzmanies! Preču kvalitāte ir ļoti apšaubāma un rezultātā par piegādi var maksāt vairāk nekā par pašu preci.

Очень плохой сайт ,заказал там гитару , как домой пришёл открыл коробку вроде всё в порядке,смотрю со стороны деки и обечайки вмятина и разошёлся шев ,обидно очень ,так что покупая там знайте ,что может и не повезти вам ...

They grab the money and run.

I bought a Blackview phone that didn't match the technical specs, it stopped working and it then took me three months for them to accept it back for repair, now, 10 days after delivery I am told that they have lost it. They refuse to reply. I have lost 80 euro plus the cost of returning the the phone. I will be speaking with a lawyer to claim compensation. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst online shop ever

Worst online shop ever. They selling items which they don't have it. Than your order gets declined without explanation. To receive an item takes 2 or 3 times to place an order due to lack of items, orders gets lost or damaged on the way. They won't publish bad reviews. Not an honest company. 90% of emails not replayed.For some of the items I'm waiting like 4-5 months. Due to the fact they didn't have the item in first place. How they can charge for item not in stock?

I’d put “0” stars if that was an option.
Customer service hits dead end every time.
Facts:
Order made 22nd October.
Date today 28th December and still waiting for delivery.
3 x calls made to find out the progress and no further information is given. Apparently they “don’t have it”. No potential solutions offered either.
Each call they have said to chase the parcels and send an update, but I have not received a single email on this subject.
Awful awful awful experience.

Worst online shop ever

Worst online shop ever! Bad costumer service. I odered present for son, it was possible to oder, after few days I got message that oder is canceled and money I'll got beck just after 7 working days! I haven't time to find new present for son, I haven't money to buy onother present.

Faulty electronic goods!!!

Bought wireless earphones. First ones - the right did not work. Phoned support, they told me to use my rights of refusal. I sent back (not to mention that this process also is very customer unfriendly) in hope (and promise from Support) that I will get my funds back. Ok, happens. Ordered other wireless earphones (different brand, more expensive than previous ones) And again - not working. Contacted Support. And - what a surprise! - it turns out that wireless earphones (in-ear) supposedly are hygiene goods and the rights of refusal is not applicable. I can only hope that guarantee service (which can take months) will solve this out. In conclusion - this is a store one should stay away as far as possible. First, electronic goods - obviously they have only faulty ones. Second, refusal process is very customer unfriendly. Third, inconsequent information from Customer support. Fourth, obviously you really need to re-read and re-check what kind of goods cannot be returned. And it seems that wireless earphones are in the same category as underwear and sanitary pads.

Worst online shop in my life!!!Customer service only good to tell fairytales, since May can’t get my money back for a wrong item. Never answer my emails either, but claims to answer in 5 days.Horrible service, doesn’t care about their customers!!!

They don't publish review from the buyer! I have purchased carpet from them and quality is very poor, photo on the website much better then product in real life. I feel all the reviews are filtered, because mine one never appeared even after a month. Delivery was extremely slow and complicated. I had to ring number of times to the customer service to specify delivery date. On the approved day it still didn't arrived.
Please don't get fooled by positive reviews!
