The module review quiz questions serve as a sample of the questions that you may see on the final exam, but you should not infer that these same questions will appear on the final exam as the final exam draws from a much larger bank of test questions. The final exam test questions draw from all of the materials presented in the training modules.

The help with reading really helped me
Everything was good except maybe it would be good to offer reading the questions and answers for people who have reading problems? Also I found that a few times it insinuated the course had been completed when I was far from done.

The course was confusing as there was…
The course was confusing as there was some conflicting information in the modules
And the system doesn't keep track of time properly
It took me 12 hours to complete the 8 hour minimum
I didn't find a space to respond so I am responding to your reply here -

There were 2 which I can highlight
1. The modules say that the color of liquids in a car can vary. But the question at the end ask for eg: The color of breaker fluid. And gave 4 options. Since the color can vary how can the question have only 1 right answer?
2. This may be a little confusing but I don't have access to the modules anymore and I am not able to remember the details
But I got a question wrong because of the information I got from one of the videos in the modules.
If I could get access to the modules I could specify where.
The narrator in the video along with the official being interviewed (I believe she was blonde with a blue shirt - if this helps you find the video) in which they give conflicting details
As for the timer I was tracking it simultaneously
After every modules you go back to the course list and see the time
If I took 30 mins to complete the module the timer only increased by 15-20.
I understand the system needs interaction but the course is just a bunch of pages that need to be read with a few videos. How do you interact with a system that doesn't have anything to interact with?

Our training materials meet and, in many instances, exceed the requirements set forth by the Virginia DMV. All materials presented were adopted directly from the "Virginia's Driver Manual," a publication made available to everyone through the Virginia DMV website (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#manual.asp) and in Virginia DMV customer service centers.
Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course.
The website's timer is designed to capture the time you spend in the course engaged with the materials. The site will not capture any time if a student remains inactive on the site for more than 15 minutes. The student must remain active on the site for the timer to function properly.
We have support staff ready to assist with any technical difficulties you may encounter while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us with any questions in lieu of a low score review.

Easy & comparatively inexpensive
From easy sign up/ account creation, to the program running w/o any hiccups, to the excellent customer service, 247drive was great! Got my certificate of completion quickly too! All this for a very reasonable price -- and definitely cheaper than other safe driving courses out there!

The modules are very straightforward and easy to get through. I was able to finish the course before the 8-hour timeframe, but had to wait the entire 8-hours to complete the final exam.

We are currently upgrading our system to a new learning software that will remedy your concern; this system will be operational in the next 2-3 months. We hope you will not need another driver improvement course in the future, but if you do, we would welcome you to try the improved system.

Exactly what I needed.
