I believe because they are a small business, each customer is more important to them, they might not have a fash call centre but you don't pay for the call centre either and when you call you speck to the owner directly.

Really impressed with 247 Leak Detection. I had a particularly difficult and stressful leak to find and the guy who came out was absolutely lovely — really friendly, professional and worked so hard to try and find the source. He was very thorough and produced a detailed report there and then, which was incredibly helpful.

He explained everything clearly and I really appreciated how much effort he put into helping me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 247 — excellent service from start to finish.

The appointment was for 4pm but the engineer never turned up until after 5:30pm without any communication. I called the landline several times but no one picked up and tried the mobile which went to voicemail and I couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was full. When I made the appointment the previous day, the person in the office didn't call back when she said she would so I had to call back twice but she said she wouldn't hear back from the engineer to confirm for another 4hrs from the initial call.

The work was done very quick and nicely as well, no slacking or lagging. They came on time and finished on time too. Good work done.
