A few days ago I received the email from 24Ins as a remind that my policy is gonna expire on January so I got in touch with the person in charge (I suppose I can't write here which is her email) and since that time it has been a total "mess around". She wrote me false information, she never properly answered my questions, she treated me with arrogance and very poor customer care. At the end she wrote me "...yes you can go with an other broker, nice day!" This year, due to her behaviour, 24Ins won't see my money !!
