2cHolidays are fantastic!
2cHolidays are fantastic! We have enjoyed around 8 stays now in caravans around Norfolk and Suffolk. They are always very easy to book and are perfect no hassle holidays. All of the caravans we have stayed in have been very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of sites to chose from, but we prefer the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. Many caravans are dog friendly which is perfect for us with our little dog. Some sites offer free wifi which is an added bonus. We usually pick the quieter sites where we have enjoyed many relaxing and trouble free breaks. Also, an added bonus is that when you reach 10 stays, you get a free 3 or 4 night break at one of the sites. We cannot fault 2cHolidays for their efficiency or value for money and will be booking our local holidays with them for many years.

Terrible
Terrible. All cutlery and crockery had to be washed before use as was dirty and covered in dust. Everything in the caravan was squeezed in, no room to move. Would not recommend or use again

My wife and I have booked with…2cholidays and always had a great stay.
My wife and I have booked with 2cholidays on several occasions and found the booking process extremely easy,once booking is completed online,within minutes all the confirmation details arrive in your inbox with clear and concise information for your stay.on a couple of occasions we have had to talk directly to 2cholidays and found the staff friendly and courteous.
Only one point I would like to raise is the cleaning company 2cholidays use,they should carry out spot checks on their cleaners work as it can sometimes fall below my wife’s strict cleaning expectations,to be fair 2cholidays they do encourage calling them if you aren’t happy with the cleaning when you arrive.

Needed an extra suitcase for all the essentials
The situation of the caravan at Barmston Beach was brilliant with sea view. but we have never ever stayed in self catering accommodation where we have had to take all our own Bedding, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towels and bin liners I find this absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness of the caravan was also dubious areas in the living room had not been hoovered and there was hair in the plug hole of the bath the caravan was very dated and not really up kept very well the decking was scary when you walked on it it was like it would collapse under you Not really worth the money we paid apart from the magnificent sea view it nothing else really going for it

This has been one of the least transparent booking experiences I have ever had.
The booking looks straightforward until you pay. Then, one by one, important conditions start appearing.
First, I was contacted after payment and asked for an additional pet fee. The listing only says “charges may apply” but doesn’t tell you the actual amount. I only discovered later that the exact fee was buried within the host profile rather than clearly displayed on the property listing.
Then I discovered that bed linen and towels are not included. Again, this information was not clearly displayed in the main property description or facilities section. Instead, it was hidden away in the host profile. The property photos show fully made beds, creating the impression that bedding is provided.
Finally, shortly before arrival, I received a list of items guests are expected to bring themselves, including bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and even spare bin bags
Whenever concerns were raised, responsibility seemed to be shifted elsewhere - Booking.com, the platform layout, cleaning contractors or third parties - rather than simply acknowledging that the customer experience could be much more transparent
The lack of transparency throughout the booking process left me with so little confidence that I ultimately chose to forfeit the money I had already paid for the booking rather than risk spending my weekend worrying about what other surprises might appear after arrival.
That should say everything about how this experience made me feel as a customer.
If you’re considering booking through 2cHolidays - don’t
Transparency should come before payment, not after it - I feel scammed

We are sorry that our explanation regarding the limitations of Booking.com, and the areas that hosts can edit compared with those that are generated and controlled solely by Booking.com, has caused such distrust.
To be clear, we are committed to providing guests with transparent information and, if we had the ability to control how the listing is presented throughout the Booking.com booking journey, we absolutely would. However, the information is present and exactly where Booking.com has advised us to list it.
Following your feedback, we immediately reviewed the listing to ensure all was correct, which it was. The images show the bedding folded on the beds without bed linen fitted, and the listing also confirms what is and isn’t included in the booking, all before a booking is made.
It is not a case of shifting responsibility to Booking.com. Unfortunately, we simply have no control over how Booking.com chooses to present information on their website, or where it appears within the booking journey.
We are genuinely sorry that you lost confidence in your booking and chose not to continue with your stay. We will continue to work with Booking.com to improve the guest experience and, whenever additional functionality becomes available, we review our listings and implement improvements.

I have used 2cholidays a few times now and they have always been great. I needed to amend my booking this time and the process was easy and fast. The caravan was exactly as described, the WiFi was excellent and exactly what I needed. I loved that I could bring my dog too.

Absolutely love 2C holidays and travel to the coast 2-3 times a year, caravans are always spotless and the images on the website are a true reflection of the caravan you’ve booked. There’s plenty of choice ranging from really cheap to more expensive and there’s always a discount of 15% or 30%. Came home 2 weeks ago and getting ready to book our next one!

We have returned from a family break a…
We have returned from a family break a party of 20 and we all had an amazing time! The best house we have ever stayed in. We was a family ranging from ages 4-60 and the house honestly had everything for everyone, no one was ever bored!! Spoiltless on arrival and all essentials was provided even towels for the pool!!!
The welcome pack full of biscuits and little bottles of gin was a lovely surprise!!

Recommend this house to anyone who has a socialable family and wants to have one amazing family holiday

Had an amazing stay at California cliffs Lodge. Lots of space, great for a family. Washing machine was a bonus! Lovely site and in walking distance of the beach. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommended
I've used 2cholidays many times over the last decade, booking holidays for me, friends and family. They offer plenty of choice to meet all needs at great prices.
On the single occasion we had an issue, they sent someone out within the hour to fix it before we'd even finished unpacking.

Fantastic service at 2cHolidays
We always use 2cholidays to book our annual caravan holiday. The service we received over the years has been excellent, they are always so helpful on the phone. The information received is always accurate and very thorough.
I spoke to Chloe this morning who was so lovely, unfortunately l had to make an amendment to my booking and she dealt with it easily and in a very professional manner and was so helpful.
