We have had two nights at the caravan and as stated in the conversation we were totally let down. We expected a warm and clean stay. Firstly and most importantly the heating was not working. A cold night after a long drive and we were trying to contact people after normal working hours as it got dark. We contacted your help desk who liaised with the on site team who did their best but had no spare bottles of gas. It transpired, as you will know that the gas bottles were both empty and nothing was done until the following day. The caravan was damp and smelled very unpleasant. It obviously had not been cleaned for ages as there are empty snack packets in the wardrobes and under the seating. Things felt sticky to the touch. One of the pillows had blood stains on it. There was no toilet paper or even a plug in the wash basin. There were crumbs all over the seating where we slept as the bedrooms were so cold. The staff at the bar lent us a heater and gave us tea and coffee for which we were very grateful. We had to go to the funeral of our cousin, not having even being able to have a proper wash, never mind a shower. There were no bins or waste bags in the caravan either. I would strongly suggest that you do not hire this caravan to anyone else until it has been cleaned and fitted out to a minimum standard civilized people would expect. The icing on the cake was the derisory compensation of £30 of which we were supposed to be grateful. In our complaint we only reported provable facts as we didn't want you to think we were exaggerating so we failed to report that my wife was bitten by a flea which escaped and could not be photographed.

Really easy to book and the customer service team was very supportive. On our arrival we had problem starting the boiler but Luke from the 2cHolidays team was quick on the case and the issue was resolved very quickly. Thank you and highly recommend 2cHolidays

Lovely caravan, affordable and had everything we needed there. The caravan was in the most perfect location on site, a stone throw away from the entertainment centre and a children's park opposite!
It was mostly clean, and tidy throughout.

Only negative was that the mattress protectors (we brought our own linen) were absolutely filthy. Some very questionable marks on them. I actually felt uneasy letting my children sleep on them, so folded the duvets in half and had them sleep between the duvets....

The company itself was so thorough, and kept me updated with any and all information we needed, in the days running up to us visiting.

I have saved this caravan as a favourite, and will be returning, hopefully to cleaner beds though next time! (I did tell the company via review on booking.com.)

We had another mini break with 2cholidays, and once again is was a fantastic. 2cholidays make it so easy and are a pleasure to deal with, I couldn't recommend them enough.

We had the most amazing family weekend at Scotgate. From 2 yrs old to 80. We used all the wonderful facilities to the full. Fabulous swimming pool , sauna and hot tub . Tennis ,games room , the boys loved the fishing . We even had a sack race and games afternoon with rounders for all the family . Couldn't have picked a better place . LOVED IT

Beautifull lodge but desparately in need of a full refurb, The sofas are ripped and torn the kitchem cupboard doors are peeling due to the heat from the toaster(easy to use it on the island) The pop up plug in the bathroon was broken on arrival,,we reported this and the next day someone came to look at it and said it needed replacing. this was not fixed when we left one week later. There was no shade on the ceiling light in the main bedroom. The front door has dropped so that it is hard to use and has a gap over the top. I note that on many of the previous reviews these item have been complained about before. Fis all this and you have a 5star review.

Caravan was spotless and well equipped with everything you need,in a great location to everything Hunstanton has to offer.

All my 2c holidays in Felixstowe have gone smoothly. The booking process is straightforward and the mobile homes were clean, warm and comfortable. Two have been exceptionally well-equipped, the other sufficiently so.

Great break away in a lovely modern caravan would definitely recommend

Great little seaside cottage would stay again

Very easy to book through 2cholidays with only a £25 deposit, regular reminders that your break is coming up. I received a phone call from an Agent to say that I should have vacated the caravan that morning but the cleaners noted personal belongings still there, my fault, I had completely got my dates of leaving wrong and they were very understanding and didn't rush me to leave. Excellent friendly staff.

Have had a couple of stays with this company very easy to book and deal with all communication is great and had no problems at all caravans we have stayed in have been very comfortable with everything we have needed.

Easy check in and out, nicely kept and clean. Shame and very rare to stay at places with no WiFi, linen, towels etc, which was a big shame

2choildays is a great company to book holidays with have used them a few times over the years and have all ways been very happy with the service they provide would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using them.

Having stayed at 17, Ocean Glade Phase 2 at Azure Seas Holiday Village the lodge was perfect and the location suited our requirements.

I had an amazing stay at Pakefield Holiday Park. The team at 2cholidays made my holiday so easy and stress free. The team was so lovely! Great stay, can’t wait to go again!
