My coach is very professional, upbeat, and easy to understand. He gives great advice when I ask, and is very positive.

Even though I struggle, he is patient and helps motivate towards the next goals.

I’ve enjoyed working with him and look forward to our continued experience together.

Wolf is very organized and supportive. He does a good job of tracking my goals and affirming that even if I don’t reach my goals that I am still doing okay.

My coach " Wolf" gave me an understanding of a successful mentality. He helped me become more disciplined and organized, which I have struggled with. He never shames you when you have a bad week or two but tries to understand where there could have been improvement or any changes that could help us move forward. My 2hr coach Joseph “Joe” Rodriguez has a gift. There’s been plenty of times I’ve been asked what my goal should be coming up and I may have through out a slew of to dos and Joe was always able to bring it home of everything I was saying. I appreciate how he truly takes the time to listen to what your saying and pointing you in the right direction. Thanks Joe!

I really look forward to speaking with my accountability coach, Joseph, every week. He has mastered which words or statements to use to keep me motivated and inspired even when I feel like I'm falling behind or failing. I've never, in my short life of 40, ever experienced the level of support and respect I receive from Joseph. It's almost addicting!

Working my accountability coach pushes me to undertake projects I would have procrastinated about. Most of all, he keeps me focused on truly devoting enough time and accomplishing important priorities.

It was great having my coach help me set up weekly goals. Knowing that my coach was going to be calling me every week to check on me helped me stay on track to achieve my weekly goals.

My experience with 2hrDays has been valuable. Joseph, my goals and accountability coach makes the most of every 20 minute call. He guides the conversation and asks good questions for me to think about. Together we created sub or smaller goals/tasks which helped me stay focused and build momentum. I think without this type of coach get you moving in the right direction I think it would be to easy to be distracted, give up, or lose direction. I think everyone should try this service if they are serious about getting focused.

Sarah started out as my coach several months ago. Even though I brought myself here; I didn’t like having a coach and she knew it soon enough! Just like how Gloom needs a Sun Stone to Bellossom, Sarah stayed with me until I found my own sun stone. 😅 However corny that PokéPun may be - Sarah is now also my friend, confidant, and my biggest fan!

Sarah is quite adaptive to my needs: I've personally witnessed multiple styles of coaching as she cared to listen in-between my words rather than taking them at face value which, imho, is the best quality in a coach! With an unassuming informed tone, my 2hrDays coach advises in decisions I must make week over week so as to move closer to my goals. She holds me accountable to me with resolute gusto!! Under her tutelage, I have rejoined the path to becoming an integrated human and perhaps a bright executive.

Sarah is intelligent and passionate. She also has a light hearted spirit so I always welcome her (sometimes successful 😝) humour! She will make an excellent addition to any team and comes with my highest recommendation. Even though our professional relationship may be limited to 4 calls/mo + messages, I __KNOW_, with great confidence: she will always rise to the occasion in any challenge that aligns with her values only to smash the target effortlessly, already being ready for what's next.

A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, Sarah is beholden to something higher than her employer. Layered trust has greater value than blind trust in today's capitalistic world and I am at ease with peace of mind knowing this fact.

2hrDays could benefit from a more official text-based welcome package/similar, a flex meeting once per month (perhaps longer or a short unscheduled) as needed, and maybe gamification if tasteful.

Having a couch reminding and keeping me accountable for completing my weekly goals, helped me get on a good rhythm. I fully recommend it, it helps so much!

Joseph Rodriguez is my performance and accountability coach. I like that he is positive and encouraging even if I think I'm falling behind. He knows how to put my mind at ease for where I'm at. The goals are realistic and he helps keep me grounded to realistic goals. He's very punctual with his calls so I'm not left unready for an early call or waiting for a late call. I would only ask that my coach pay more attention to any emails I send asking for a change in call times. Thank you.

I can't speak for all the coaches, but Joe started out on day 1 asking many questions about how I want to be treated and in what ways he could be useful to me.If you're struggling with motivation or to stay on track, I would recommend this program.

Christina from 2hrDays is a great asset. Her conversations with me were spot on and very helpful. Christina is also inspiring and as well a perfect accountability partner.

She takes it all in and makes sure to keep you on track with sticking to a plan and checking on you to make sure all is going well and on the established timeline.

No judgement- only positive nurturing to inspire and keep you aware- in the best manner as your partner to help you see it through.

I discovered 2hrdays threw the student success department of, The Tom Wang FBA Master Class which I'm enrolled in. Working with Joseph Rodriguez of 2hrdays was like finding out I needed glasses during an overdue eye exam. I found the headaches of starting my new venture were reduced by Joseph's ability to navigate threw pretzel logic, identify high priority assets and then design an aquisition plan using my available resources to ultimately reach my goals. My foundation has been fortified by working with 2hrdays and the skyscraper I intend my life to be can even handle more levels.

My experience with Joseph Rodriguez has been amazing! He is so helpful, patient, and detail oriented. The SMART goals we set have helped me tremendously stay on track. I look forward to our weekly calls and updating Joe on my successes and struggles. Either way, I know he'll be there to celebrate with me, encourage me and guide me.
