College Hoodie- Great passform and cool print ,but I'm a bit afraid that the threads on the print is going to get loose. I wore it for a day at home just chilling and I saw a few threads loose ,but that's it. On the other hand I haven't tried to wash it yet and that's probably my biggest concern regarding the threads. Would give no star if that was an option. Ordered a frank ocean knit sweater on December 12, 2025 and the sweater still hasn’t arrived (was supposed to be a Christmas present). The tracking number brings me to an app to download which then really provides no updates. Oh and the kicker is this company says they’re not responsible once the order leaves their facility. Real nice. Don’t order from this company.

I can only apologise. This December, we have had a substantial backlog, and this has led to substantial delays. We were completely unprepared for Black Friday, which was the best ever, and we just didn't have the stock or the people to cope. We have learned our lesson and will prepare better next year.
If you are having tracking issues, please contact support@2KWRLD.com. They can provide different or more recent tracking links from the individual carriers. We do not require our customers to use an app for parcel tracking.
Regarding responsibility, I am not sure what you mean. When we have shipped a parcel, it is certainly true that we cannot influence the shipment in any way. This is the carrier's rules, not ours.
2KWRLD will take responsibility for non-delivery or parcel loss. We also have a customer protection clause in our shipping policy offering a no-questions-asked refund if delivery takes more than 30 days.

Scam?!
Took 3 weeks to ship to Croatia. I bought a beanie and a ring (which were perfect), but a 40e hoodie was 100% polyester. I’m currently having issues with returning the item and I’m just gonna end up loosing my time and money. Wouldn’t reccomend!

Missing item, non delivery and no communication
Ordered the Delireum T-shirt weeks ago. Not had an updates as to its whereabouts or updated tracking, according to SHOP, it’s still in China. Ruined my Nephew’s birthday present. Emails are being returned with the address not being valid despite it being the same on the website. Awful service and I’ve urged my family to not ever order from 2KWorld. If you can’t get my item to me then give me a refund you crooks. Order 21560.

Hi Dame,
You paid 5 euros for shipping in your original order. When you return an item, you are refunded for that item. You are not refunded for the shipping because the shipping cannot be returned.
Also, when you return an item, one more shipping route is necessary. We charge 10 euros for return shipping, which is what the shipping label costs us.
It is always the customer who pays for shipping and return shipping. Companies that market ”free shipping” & ”free returns” have simply added that cost to the price of the product.
By being transparent and specifying what shipping costs are, we can direct those costs to those customers who give rise to the cost and spare that cost for those customers who do not.
Regarding pick-ups by FedEx. Having the return collected from your home is a premium service for those who want it. Customers can, of course, drop off returns themselves at a FedEx service point of their choosing.

Scam, don't buy
I got a sweater and a watch, the sweater was fine, though overpriced for it's quality. But the watch was terrible, straight up a scm and obvious dropshipping. If you try to get a refund you get overcharged for the shipping. I would not recommend buying from this site, it's pretty much a scam.

For the record, we are not a dropshipping company. Please note that the sweater you purchased will have had a neck label and hang tag clearly marking it as a 2KWRLD product.
We do charge for returns, and we wish we didn't have to do this. However, in the apparel business, average return rates are approximately 30% of orders. With these return volumes, it is impossible for smaller brands such as 2KWRLD not to charge for returns.
As a Swedish company, we abide by EU consumer protection laws. These laws forbid companies from charging more than the actual cost of the return to the customer. The return fees we charge our customers are always less than the actual cost of the return.
