Update, product arrived after much back and forth with customer serve. Ordered Jan 7 and received them March 1st. Delivery was to have been within 2 weeks.

Ordered 1.5 months ago. Haven't rec'd them. Customer service refuses to give refund.

Scam!!

I have the same problem that everyone else recently seems to have had. Ordered almost 2 months ago, and have not received them. This is obviously a scam and hopefully we can get the word out so other people don’t waste their money.

I never received the shipment

I never received the shipment, after contacting the customer service that ask me to look by myself, the courier confirmed that the parcel was lost. once this confirmed, they refused to reimburse me and offer a second shipment, shipment that I never received either, and they stop to answer me

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Company is a complete scam. I ordered product in October and still not received and it’s end of January. Attempts to get refund denied stating product is in route and cannot be refunded until return. Customer service is automated messages and complete run-around.
Do your research and avoid the scam!!

2 months later, no product

Ordered end of November, and here we are end of January with still no product to show for it. My order supposedly "left" China on December 26th (almost a month after ordering to begin with) and has been "in transit" to Canada since then. I have had orders from Australia ordered after this that have arrived before my order from 2TinyFeet has even entered the country.

Their customer support has been completely unhelpful and seems just like a copy & pasted template response. I have now asked for a refund twice and keep getting brushed off. Save yourself the headache and if you reaaaaally want these shoes, just order them directly from aliexpress where they clearly dropship from.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience with 2 Tiny Feet. I placed an order for baby shoes over a month ago, and despite the promised shipment, the delay has been unacceptable.

Attempts to cancel the order were futile, with no proactive communication from the customer support team. While they suggested return options, the lack of action and updates on the delivery status are highly disappointing.

A week has passed since their last communication, and I’m left in the dark regarding my order’s whereabouts. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable.

I regret to say that my overall experience has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I would caution others to think twice before considering 2 Tiny Feet for their purchases.

I wish I could give a zero star

I wish I could give a zero star.
Ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. The item traveled within China for many days (no tracking update for weeks) and sent back to the shipper. Can you believe? It sent back to the company!! 2 tiny feet said they will ask for a refund to the account team but I’m waiting it. Of course, I emailed to them several times but no response. Stay away from this company if you do not want to loose your money.

I’ve ordered 2 pairs on 12-5-23

I’ve ordered 2 pairs on 12-5-23. Still nothing. They just keep sending me a stupid generic ass email apologizing. Saying it’s DHL fault as they are on strike. I want a refund! This is ridiculous! You sure took my money but won’t refund till I get my package. By that time my granddaughter will have outgrown these!

2 months later, still no shoes to be had

Ordered mid November - we are now mid January with no shoes in site, no updates from the company. My child will have outgrown them by the time they arrive. Shady tracking website are in Chinese characters and unreadable.

Never received the shoes after 1 month

Never received the shoes after 1 month. Customer service is an automatics response. Trying to get a refund but can not reach a human. The tracking does not work and nobody responds when asking specific questions…just an automated response.

It is a scam site do not buy!

Placed 2 orders for 4 pairs of shoes. None came.

Email support even replied me stating that the shoes are on its way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I message their ig, facebook, email. Nobody reply me initially. Until i raise issue in paypal then suddenly got people reply me.

They delete my messages in ig. They block me on facebook too.

They are a scam website.

Luckily i bought via paypal. Paypal refunded all to me.

Alles Betrug

Habe am 18.10.23 bestellt und bis heute keine Bestellung erhalten. Davon mal abgesehen, dass die Schuhe mittlerweile wahrscheinlich eh nicht mehr passen würden, habe ich das Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Würde allen davon abraten bei dem Laden zu bestellen.

Where are my shoes!?

I was extremely excited about these shoes and if they arrived on time I might still be but it has been over 3 weeks and still no shoes, if I still get them my child will have grown out of them. I emailed several times to see when my order would arrive and they could never give me an ETA even though their website said shoes should arrive between 9-13 days from ordering. Finally I requested a cancellation and refund as the shoes were STILL not delivered. They refused my cancellation stating the shoes had already been shipped and the only way to get a refund was for me to send the shoes (that I still don’t have) back to them. They refused to refund me and to top it off to get my money back I have to go out of my way and pay THEM return shipping costs for their mistakes….this company has proven that they don’t care about their customers and that they don’t correct their mistakes. I will never buy from them again.

I placed 2 orders the beginning of…

I placed 2 orders the beginning of November and still have not received either order. Of course my credit card was charged. I have reached out to them several times inquiring about my orders and their response each time was the same : we apologize and appreciate your patience, however give no tracking information or when I can expect it. My grandson will outgrow them before I get them ! Do not order from them.

Dont plan on actually getting something you order

I am having the exact same Experience as Jessica..I understand things taking longer over the holidays, but there are no updates using the “tracking number” they provide…when I reached out inquiring why it still says “pre transit” shipment info received for a month..this is the email they sent back

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! I apologize for that, sometimes the logistics companies can be very slow to update the accurate shipping status of the orders. I've gone ahead and checked this personally with our partner courier. I was informed that there are some technical issues with scanning packages for tracking which causes a delay in updating the status of the shipment.
No worries though, they have assured me that shipment is on the way even if their website isn't reflecting the movement of your package.
Rest assured we'll do our best to get your order to you at the soonest possible time.”
My order is STILL in “pretransit” and now NO ONE answers my emails, but keep getting promotional emails to buy more stuff ill never get!! VERY Disappointing!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I thought I was buying from an Aussie company (address online says Queensland 4006) but they are most definitely NOT - other reviews online say items ship from China. I am still waiting after a month to get my order (which was a Christmas gift) and the shipping still says my package is in "Pre Transit". After contacting the company they said their partner courier is unable to track packages - WHAT?! Then they gave me all these stock standard lines like we apologise and are monitoring the situation closely. Just save yourself the hassle and buy from an ACTUAL local business. I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing :(

Not great shoes for us

Got 2 different pairs of shoes for my toddler. The fleecy winter ones slip off in seconds - with or without socks. The regular ones are clearly uncomfortable for him - it's the first time that he outright refused and cried about putting shoes back on after his nap.

AWFUL

AWFUL! After waiting the 14 business days that it takes to ship from China (which they don't inform you about until you received your order confirmation), I NEVER got my package. I have been emailing costumer service for OVER A MONTH to try to get a refund, or honestly just to tell me IF they will consider a refund for me, and they just keep sending me the same scripted email. They keep saying they will check on it and get back to me, and then there is no follow through. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I'm so bummed, I was hoping to support a "family business," but honestly, I'm not even sure anything on their website is truthful.
