Definitely a scam. Set up well. They have automatic emails or something. Firstly it took over 7 weeks for it to be “delivered”, but nothing was delivered. Didnt get any sort of notification updates or anything to say it had been delivered. The worst experience i have ever had.

Horrible company. I ordered shoes from them and they said they were delivered a I received nothing. This company is definitely a scam and I would avoid ordering from them. Had to dispute it with CC company and get my money back. This company doesn't care or doesn't respond to any emails. AVOID 2 Tiny Feet at all costs.

Firstly shipping takes FOREVER. Granted not completely their issue other than it took a week for my order to even be received to start the shipping process.
The shoes arrived after a month. Do not get the shoes that slip on they slip off super easy causing little ones to trip and fall. If you’re really set on wanting to try the shoes get the ones with the Velcro so you can tighten it. Kids can still get them off super easy so don’t expect them to be on for long. If you’re wanting good shoes for your learning to walk little one, I suggest going to kid specific shoe store getting your kids feet measured.

Die Schuhe sind zu klein und ich möchte sie gerne zurückschicken. 90 Tage Rückgabe Garantie würde mir versprochen, aber niemand hat mir gesagt, dass ich sie Schuhe nach China (!) zurückschicken muss. Auf meine Frage, ob ich bitte ein Shipping Label von ihnen bekommen könnte, damit ich für die Kosten, die sicherlich hoch sein werden, nicht selber aufkommen muss, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Schuhe ja einfach weiterschenken könnte, da sie die Versandkosten nicht übernehmen werden. Absolute Frechheit!

This company is avoiding fulfilling an already paid order, no longer responding to emails, and deleting all the comment on their profile asking about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My order was marked delivered 2/10/23 and I still haven’t received it as of today 2/23/23. While the company responded at first to my inquiry, they’ve now ignored me for a week since their last email telling me they’d look into it. I’ve sent multiple emails, messaged them on Instagram & Facebook, all ignored. I even commented twice on an Instagram post asking them to please respond to my message regarding my order and they just deleted my comment.

They have time to advertise every day on social media, but ignore actual customers that have spent their hard earned money on their product. I will dispute the charge with my bank since they’ve left me with no other choice. Please don’t buy from them, I wish I saw all these reviews before.

Would give zero if I could. Complete scam, avoid. Advertises 100 satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, hassle free! So false!! You need to pay return cost to China! Product is awful and poorly made. Left a negative comment on their fb ad and it was removed and I was instantly blocked. AVOID!!!!!!!

The shoes generally look ok. Shipping took more +2 weeks than originally expected, with no tracking at all. Return policy is terrible, you may more to transport back to China than the original price. I advise to avoid unless you are very sure the sizing will fit.

I’m only leaving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I didn’t receive the product, nor did I receive accurate/valid tracking information. I emailed twice (after the item was 3 weeks past its expected arrival date), and both emails were met with a cookie-cutter response and the same non-valid tracking information. Thankfully, I’d paid through PayPal and received a full refund.

It took a little to long to arrived but since day first when I contacted customer service I got a respond with in minutes. We love our tinny shoes. Especially because they are heavy and they are really easy to put them on. We are looking forward for our next pair.

Ugh never thought I would be scammed, boy is this company GOOD at advertising and creating sneaky websites! This company is a CHINESE distribution company! These SAME EXACT products are available on aliexpress for $1-3! No where do they say they ship from China - I searched the entire website. This is IMPORTANT information when customer is responsible for return shipping (over $80 for international shipping fyi). The product is literally garbage and dangerous. It easily slips off feet which is not safe for beginner walkers. Not safe for adults to be honest!

Company refused to refund. Filed dispute with my credit card company. Provided all the information. And guess what? We WON!!! Now I’m left with garage shoes that have been thrown away.

After purchasing - and receiving an email from 2 Tiny Feet, stating that my order has been delivered which it had not been. I followed up confirming the address and yet the team at 2 Tinyt Feet told me to contact my local postal service to see if it had been delivered. In my experience, a great customer service team would contact their postage delivery service and follow up on behalf of the customer. Long story short they returned the parcel back to the seller. With no communication from 2 Tiny Feet following up on the order. I always had to follow up.

BUYER BEWARE - this company is a total scam. I should have stuck to my instincts and just ordered through amazon 😩.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my toddler over 3 weeks ago. After emailing customer services 3 times I finally got a response with a tracking number and delivery tracking website. It states my shoes are still in PRETRANSIT which means they haven’t been sent yet!
I have repeatedly asked for my money back with no response. I then wrote a message on their community page to which loads of other people responded saying they experienced the same thing but 2 tiny feet have deleted my post and paused their fb page! They are a total scam and have stolen my money. Please beware. Don’t use this company.

I Haven't even received the product yet and the experience has been terrible. No communication, Delayed shipping. Am i even gong to receive what i ordered?

Do not order shoes from this company I ordered shoes in august and it is now January. I messaged customer service about a refund and they don’t care!

Have you ever seen a dog with shoes on and watched how they clomp around? That was our daughter in store bought sneakers. She’d trip, slip, and looked so uncomfortable! These were a game changer! She runs around as if she was barefoot. She doesn’t need socks, they are so soft, have the right amount of grip, and she doesn’t try to pull them off! They are a tad big even using the size guide but I’m not mad about her being able to grow into them longer! I’ve ordered 3 more pair!

Ik ben fan van de schoenen maar niet van hun Retourbeleid.
Ik had 3 paar gekocht voor mijn zoontje die net 1 jaar is geworden.
Bestelling komt toe en zien er super leuk uit nu blijkt dat deze toch kleiner uitvallen dan dat ze lijken. Ik wil 2 paar terug sturen om toch andere te kunnen verkrijgen. Moet je zoveel doen om zelf nog maar te kunnen retourneren... Foto's maken bewijs dat ze nog in originele verpakking zitten bewijs dat ze niet gedragen zijn enzovoort.
Gelukkig dat het zo goedkoop was want had al een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst alvorens ik deze mail heb ontvangen.
Ze hebben een stevige reactie terug gekregen. Dus een en al geldklopperij ze kopen het waarschijnlijk zelf maar aan 2 euro de paar en verkopen het als 2+1 gratis aan nog steeds 30-50 euro...
Denk toch maar 2 x na voor je ze besteld.

I placed an order in October. The shoes I recieved were not true to size so I returned them for a refund and have yet to hear back from the company.

Na ontvangst van de slofjes bleken deze helemaal niet te blijven zitten bij mijn kinderen. Er is totaal geen steun en ze stappen er zo uit.
Het proces van retourneren wat daarna volgt is slechter dan slecht. Men wil dat je het retour stuurt naar China voor €20!, daarna moet je dit bevestigen middels foto's, track & trace codes etc etc. Vervolgens krijgen we van de pakketdienst de bevestiging dat het product is bezorgt en tot op de dag van vandaag (4 maanden verder!) hebben we nog geen cent ontvangen. Elke mail wordt weer beantwoord met een wedervraag. Inmiddels zijn we zelfs op het punt gekomen dat men beweert dat ons ordernummer niet uit 4 cijfers, maar uit 5 cijfers moet bestaan?! Wat een verschrikkelijke oplichterij.
