TL;DR Believe the positive reviews and hype. For "regular folks" this is hands down the best place to have your data recovery case handled.

We are a computer repair business. Our data recovery capabilities are above average but there are still certain cases we can't resolve because they require facilities and equipment that are cost prohibitive for a more generalized shop like ours.
