Confident I Made the Right Choice

Even within my first week with 30 Day Credit Pros, I've been impressed. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team has been professional, responsive, and informative from day one. Francisco took the time to explain how the credit repair process works, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that I made the right decision.
While I know credit repair takes time, I already appreciate their communication, transparency, and commitment to helping me reach my financial goals. If my experience so far is any indication, I'm looking forward to seeing the results in the months ahead.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after five months with 30 Day Credit Pros, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I enrolled because I was trying to improve my credit enough to qualify for financing on a motorhome. My plan was to live in the RV while attending school, making this service more than just a convenience—it was an important part of my financial plan.

According to my agreement, I agreed to pay a total service fee of $1,788, billed at $149 per month for 12 months, plus up to approximately $32 per month for credit monitoring. After five months, I have paid close to $900.

The agreement also states that it is the company’s goal to achieve a 150-point collective increase across the three credit bureaus within 90 days. It further states that if I fulfill my obligations and do not achieve that increase, they will repeat the dispute process at no additional charge and, under the agreement’s terms, may waive the remaining service fees.

I fulfilled my obligations, kept my credit monitoring active, made my monthly payments, and avoided adding new negative information to my credit. Despite that, I did not receive the results I expected within the 90-day period.

What disappointed me most was not simply the lack of improvement—it was the lack of transparency. When I called customer service to ask what had been done on my account and what my monthly payments were covering, I did not receive a clear explanation. I left the conversation feeling like my concerns didn’t matter.

I fully understand that no company can guarantee a specific credit score increase. However, when a company advertises itself around improving credit within a specific timeframe and includes a 150-point, 90-day goal in its own agreement, I believe customers deserve clear communication, consistent updates, and a detailed explanation of the work being performed.

Because my credit did not improve as I had hoped, my plan to finance a motorhome has been delayed. My current living arrangement is temporary, and my goal was to secure housing by purchasing an RV before that arrangement ended. Without the credit improvement I was working toward, I have been unable to obtain the financing I need. I am now facing the very real possibility that, if I cannot secure housing in time, I may have to live out of my CAR instead. Whether that ultimately happens or not, the uncertainty and stress have been overwhelming.

My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: before signing, ask exactly how often disputes are submitted, what work is performed between dispute cycles, how progress is measured, and what happens if the advertised goals are not achieved. Also ask for a clear explanation of what your monthly payments cover so you understand exactly what services are being performed on your behalf.

This review reflects my personal experience. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did.
