This business is awful. I've told them to stop texting, calling, and emailing me five times. Because of their harassing actions, I have handed them up to the Fair Trade Commission. Completely nonsene.

They now ask for an Order ID is response. I've never placed an order with them! On multiple occasions, I've told them to cease sending me spam. They won't stop spending me texts, emails, and phone calls. Since I have never placed an order never would, I do not have an Order ID. SCAMM SCAMM SCAMM

My book is already written. What i want from Ghostwriters is to check to see if chapters flow with a beginning a middle and an end. I also want to ensure chapters are in the best order and flow well from one to the next. In addition I'd like to know where I might include more about me and my officer or students.
I have an epilogue and I'd like to see if some of that should be inserted into relevant chapters. My editor seem intent on selling me more services. I'm not ready to purchase anything further unless or until I see the book's finished product.

A few times, they would be late calling me doing followup return calls on my book. Then I had the main person finally call me months later to let me know if I need to redo the format of my writing and he even would give me offers of more promotions to pay on top of the special I paid already which I told him I am not in it for the money. Now I have other people reading my drafts when I was told they'll keep it to TWO people to read it and they added more people in it to send me my drafts which I was upset over this.

I signed a contract on 2/8/21. It took until August to get the 1st chapter. I had 5 managers. In September Sheldon Custer revised my contract to say if the book wasn’t done by 12/31/21 They would refund my money. The book was 1/2 done . I called Sheldon and Jay Winston, the COO, and never got a response. On 3/4/22 I talked to Jay again. His offer was that he would be my manager and the book would be done by 6/30/22. I called him the next day. He said he was in his car and would call me when he got to the office. He never called or sent me a contract. He called me in April. I said I don’t trust him and I want my money back. He hung up without saying anything. I’ve sent him several emails requesting a refund. Last week I sent an email saying if I don’t get a refund by 4/30 I’ll file a claim with small claims court. I am preparing to do that now.

I have asked these jerks to stop texting me for several months. And they keep texting ( even at night ) me wanting to write a book for me when I am not even Intrested in writing a book at all . I reply stop and even call them but they never stop. I would not trust these people when their marketing plan is as shady as this . You call the number and there is not even a voice mail box set up correctly . This seems like a scam to me .

On Jan 2021 I decided to use 360 Ghost Writing to publish my book,, Tales of a Street Bull. Prior to that decision I received an email from "Sheldon". That email outlined what 360 could do and the various packages they offered. I decided to purchase the Elite Package for 2 reasons: 1) It was on sale from the $10,000 cost to $5,000 and in the Elite Package it stated if they did not live up to their promises, they would refund what I have spent. One of the many promises made in that email was they "guarantied 350% - 400% return on investment within 1 year". I questioned Sheldon on that statement and he assured me it was true. I spent in the year (2021) over $14,000 which, by that statement, should have garnered between $49,000 to $56,000, As of the date of this review I have made $283; a far cry from what they promised. Once the year was over, I have asked, via email and telephone, to return my $14,000. Their answer: all I hear is crickets. They were supposed to edit the book, they never did and it went out on to Amazon with a ton of errors. They were supposed to design the cover; they did not because I did it. They are shoddy, at best. Anyone who uses 360 is a fool. They tell you the Elite package is all encompassing and there are no other fees; that was a lie. They nickel and dime you to death. They have made, what was a memoir of my time as a police officer, a living nightmare.

Sol here is their new ploy, or at least to me it is new. A little over a week ago (06/10/2020) I get a call from 360 Ghost Writing, a guy who identifies himself as Mason -- had not heard of him before. He states that he wants to follow up on my situation. I told him I was interviewing attorneys as I was considering filing a suit against 360. He acted as if he was surprised. He further stated he wanted to resolve the issue between 360 and me. I told him to do as was promised by Sheldon or at least make a reasonable offer. He stated he would address it and would get back to me "within 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I called him several times since that date with no answer. Each call from me, I left a message. On the 16th I got a text from Mason which stated "Sir please allow me a day. I am not in office being a high diabetic patient reply you from hospital bed. Monday (06/20) I will resume office and get back to you" No call on Monday and no answer today (06/21/2022). Just still more of the BS run-around I have read in other postings. If I get more information I will post again. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!! If you do, you can't say I didn't warn you.

Today is June 28th. 2022: As of this date I have heard nothing from "Mason" despite my phone calls to him. Each time I have left messages for him to call me but all I get is crickets. It appears to me that 360 must have an employee required class of "How to sound like you are interested in the client when you really don't give a damn"

I am officially done and will not be posting anymore about 360 -- if you decide to use them, I wish you good luck.

I have been asked by 360 Ghost Writers to submit my "order number" so they can look into the matter". Hey GHW -- you already have that information and this is just another example of you guys placing the burden on the customer instead of doing the right thing by the customer. You have opened this can of worms as I have stated repeatedly all you have to do is refund the $14,000+ I wasted on you guys. I still have the email where you assured and promised me I would get from 450% to 500% ROI --- Still waiting.

I'll do you one better, return my $14,000 and I will take this review down. By the way, I keep my promises.

This company is horrible. I've told them 5 times to stop emailing me, calling me, and texting me. I've turned them over to the Fair Trade Commission due to harassing behavior. Absolutely rubbish.

EDIT: Now, they respond with a request for an Order ID. I have never ordered anything from them! I have told them to stop contacting me several times with their spam. They send emails, call me, send me text messages and will not stop. I do not have an Order ID because I have never ordered anything, nor would I.

I have seen some comments around the Internet about Ghost Writing 360. I tried these out a few months ago as well. It was a waste of time and money. I won't name names, but these people, you shouldn't be asking to unblock a drain. As others have said, very bad work, no refunds. I cannot even believe that they contest that they are bad here. They know they are garbage, and so they actually build this sort of "damage control" into their business. You know - they know they will be complained about, and they are ready to deal with it. Rip off merchants.

This company is fake. Someone with the name of BD (initials) has been dealing on behalf of the company and passed on mixed messages with regards to payment. He initially agreed on doing the project for £250 and later demanded £500 for generating ISBN and Barcode that are generated free of charge on Amazon Kindle as my book was published through Amazon Direct Publishing. They promised to proofread the book and never did it. I had to make corrections throughout and at the end when I asked for the final copy that was uploaded on KDP they again sent me the wrong copy that was a draft that I had sent them earlier. The entire system appears fake and I would suggest that you avoid them where possible. They will also bring a bad name to your academic work because they are not bothered about making any corrections. The only ray of hope was some ladies who made the title cover. They had a number of negative feedbacks here last year that they have managed to get removed somehow. Be safe, avoid these people.

They lied about having native english speakers committed a fraud and to this day refuse to issue a refund. If i could post the wording of their work product my 8 year old daughter has better skills than the work they outsource to India. Avoid like the plague. Suing them for fraud.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with! Placed an order in early July and was told I would get a proof within a few weeks. Never got the proof, electrically or physically (as I was told I would get and that I specifically requested prior to printing). Got the entire order prior to ever seeing it and there was a mistake. Hence why I asked for a proof! Now I have hundreds of books I can't used. Requested a full refund and was harassed by the "special" rep (whose specific job it is to help me. Heard that from about every single person I spoke to), Wanted to give me a discount. Then informed me it was MY responsibility to call the printing company. How would that be my job? On top of all this there was about 5 different people I dealt with so very confusing as to who was actually able to help, which none of them did. Each one of them not understanding that my frustration was having never gotten the proof and receiving the entire order, never gave them approval to print! When I finally got them to agree to a refund I have heard nothing! I have all of the reps that I spoke with on the email and it has been radio silence!

This is the absolute WORST company to deal with!!! I find it stunning that they have the good reviews that they do! My project started out Ok, but then it really hit the fan. I ended up editing, proofreading, formatting, and laying out my own children's book. Then, stupid me, gave in to buying their Social Media/Marketing package which was an even more horrifying and unprofessional experience. Didn't get even a quarter of the things that I signed up for. I am doing a better job of it myself. I'm trying to get a refund on the package, but am being delivered the royal runaround. It's been almost a month. The communication is terrible, except if they want money from you. These people have Ph.D.'s in BS. Stay away!

UPDATE: So, once again I have been fed a mountain of lies and deceit. Promised a 50% refund; was told it would be given to me 24 hours after I dealt with yet another "manager". Didn't even get half of that! I am still waiting and now, of course, this company full of liars, won't even get back to me. The Social Media people are somewhat illiterate and have absolutely no clue on how to promote a children's book. No one there has ever heard of a thesaurus and they continue to use the same eight words over and over again, so as usual, I am re-writing all the posts! I paid a pile of money to do my own social media marketing. Unfortunately, now I am going forward with legal action, as this band of robbers refuses to honour their agreement. They took a great experience for me and turned it into a bitter, frustrating and absurdly expensive lesson to never follow my dreams again! Stay away!

I was impressed with all their efforts in regard to getting my book up and running.
