360 Power Sports Avis 35

Sent me a broken bike the clutch was bent. The gas tank had dents and scratches all over it. The back blinkers were both detached and hanging the bottom faring kit was cracked in half he sent me no certificate of orientation to get a title although he said he sent it on May 15, but I never received it. No reason to lie about that. It’s been four months people have been telling me that the owner will be calling me back and he never does. He’s not even willing to communicate with the bank, so I have a bike in my garage. I can’t register. I can’t talk to the owner to send it back. He said he never spoke to me. This is the worst company I have ever went through in my entire life and it has been so stressful I’m just gonna file a civil suit and make him do what he needs to do. What kind of business owner is that customer service he’s never available. He’s never there if you asked to talk to him they will tell you oh he will call you back. Screen saver

Ordered the roketa scooter and they delivered it within 2weeks and it was around busy holidays being Christmas and New Year….definitely recommend this company they exceeded my expectations for the scooter service when I bought it they emailed back with my tracking info and boom the truck shows up with what you order

TRIED FOR AT LEAST 6 MOUN TO GET PARTS. DO NOT ANSWER PHONE. SAY EMAIL TO THEM. HAVE SENT ABOUT 8 OR MORE AND NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER.. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SUPPORT

WASN'T FULLY ASSEBLED, MISSING BOLTS, MISSING NEUTRUAL/REVERSE LIGHT, BRAKE RESOVOIR WAS LOW. HAND GUARDS AND HUBCAPS NOT INSTALLED. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN UNFORSEEN MACHINE ONLINE AGAIN. I PAID $299.00 FOR A "FULLY ASSEMBLED MACHINE" IT WAS NOT! THE PARTS THAT WERE NOT ASSEMBLED WERE PLACED IN A BAG AND TIED TO THE HANDLEBAR SCUFFING THE GAS TANK. Brake light didn't work, two braces that hold up the front fenders were not bolted to frame, rear rack had three bolts missing because the welded in place nuts were stripped. Chain was so tight it was hard to roll the machine!

Beware, Do Not Be Fooled by 360powersport.com and their colorfull website. After making sure that the Vitacci Jaguar off road kart was in stock and available and assured that it was I ordered it and paid with my debit card. After my order was placed everything changed. A few days later
a message telling me that what i had ordered was not available so i tried requesting a refund, i kept calling and calling and i realized that they had a corrupt phone system which is 100 percent fraudulant where no one ever answers and they never return calls unless you are buying. Several days later i happened to notice a truck parked in front of my house and this was a delivery for me. I was somewhat relieved that my order had gone through. When the driver unloaded the kart and gave me the invoice to sign it said Vitacci Jaguar on it so i signed the invoice and the driver left. After opening and unwrapping the xtra large box it was not a Vitacci Jaguar but a kid batman kart and it was all damaged. So i immediately started calling and calling and after about ten times going through their fraudulent messages a man from india answered, i explained exactly what happened and also that their toy was all damaged, The indian man on the phone just hung up. I was never able to get through nor did anyone ever call me back after leaving numorous messages. Beware and do not order nor buy anything from this company, their ratings speak for themselves and the positive ones are bogus.There are other companies that are for real, do your homework before rushing into buying do not do what i did. I am an idiot for trusting these indian people but i learned the hard way.
