Our stay, has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The property was advertised with a garden, prominently featured in photos and the description, yet the apartment we were allocated has no garden whatsoever – a blatant misrepresentation.

Beyond the misleading advertisement, the apartment was shockingly filthy and unsanitary. From the moment we walked in, it was clear no proper cleaning had been done. The floors were dirty, the utensils in the kitchen were grimy, and even the furniture and bed sheets were visibly unclean. To make matters worse, there was concerning black mould in the kitchen ceiling air vent and the bathroom, posing a serious health hazard. Despite the listing clearly stating 'no animals,' there was also animal hair throughout the apartment, further emphasizing the severe lack of hygiene. My wife had to spend a couple of hours deep cleaning just to make the place barely habitable. They also deducted £40 from my deposit due to us leaving the apartment unclean ( I will be taking this up with my bank to get that back!)

This has been an incredibly unpleasant, unacceptable, and frankly, unhealthy experience from check-in. We are deeply disappointed and would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.

Avoid this company at all costs. We rented a flat from them as we were having renovation works and we had just welcomed our baby to the world. The flat was in a unfinished state. The dishwasher was not installed, the bedroom had no blinds, the internet didnt work and there was no mattress in the sofa bed so it was all sunken and difficult to sit on. After 3 weeks staying at the flat, they still had not fixed the issues. When we requested compensation for the issues and the flat not being as described, Rash (one of the managers) said 'There is no compensation for you' and hung up on me. As soon as we left the flat they washed their hands of us. They have breached consumer rights laws and should be avoided at all costs.
