Absolutely disgusting business!! More like a scam.

They promise a 100% bond back guarantee but as soon as you request a re-clean due the pitiful job their so-called ‘cleaners’ do, who did not even remove general dirt, dust etc, they claim they are not responsible for removing ‘permanent stains’. Not sure how loose dirt and hair are considered permanent stains!

They promise to have the complaint case manager call back but I’ve had to follow up 5+ times myself with no result. I was finally able to speak to someone who put me on hold for a while then the call was disconnected. I’ve tried calling since but they are clearly avoiding my calls as I can no longer get through.

Poor communications, empty promises and extremely shoddy cleaners.

I will be reporting this fraudulent company to Fair Trading immediately.

I am now having to pay for a new cleaner to do my end of lease clean.

I paid for them to clean the place and they did nothing!!!!! They left the place as dirty as it was when they arrived. They left lights on. Their customers service is poor. Do not recommend them at all. They took my money and did nothing.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Booked 6 weeks in advance paid deposit.

The day before the booking, they call to change to time to the afternoon.

No one even turned up, one even called.

Pathetic, wish I read these reviews online first.

"Do not use them; you will not only regret it 100%, but you may also end up paying 200% (for another cleaner) or find yourself becoming the cleaner. They do a sloppy job and easily take a large sum of money from you upfront. They are far from being professionals, lacking a basic understanding of cleaning techniques, making communication ineffective. Bathrooms remain untouched, glass stays cloudy, shower rooms are filled with hair, windows are not wiped, frames covered in spider webs. The most crucial kitchen duct, even if sticky, doesn't get cleaned, and money paid upfront won't be refunded. Contacting the office doesn't resolve the issue.

In my opinion, this company is just a subcontractor that takes on jobs and delegates them to amateur cleaners without taking responsibility. They provide no training. If you're lucky, you might get an experienced cleaner, but if not, you'll end up paying double."

Do not use these cleaners! After paying $550 for an end of lease clean, when I checked the house the next day it was only half done. The kitchen floor was muddy and filthy, as was the laundry floor. Clearly no mopping or vacuuming had been done. The shower tiles and grout hadn't been cleaned, same as the toilet and bathroom mirror.
I had to do an additional 1.5 hour of cleaning myself as I had to return the keys that day.
When I contacted them with this feedback, they told me they couldnt give me a refund, as they offer a re-clean. Not sure how that was going to fix my problem given I had to return the keys that day!!

I recently booked the cleaning for my “end of the lease cleaning, booking number 6805500 on the 29th of November, i left the cleaners to start the job and returned to see they escaped, i paid them in advance and didn’t even get any invoice for that, as it was a bank transfer.

My real estate agent advised me to hand over the property by 29th end of the day. So I had to finish everything by 3 pm.

When the cleaners finished and I told them to stay downstairs, I went up to inspect the property, it was untouched,(photo attached ) Three scammer teams were three people, one was wearing a blue big cap and the other scammer were two girls driving and black ford vehicle.

I rapidly had a conversation with consumer team and ask to send the cleaners so that i would get my bond back and hand over the property .

I spent two hours over the phone with their support scammer team and they committed to resolve the issue with in 48 hours, but its now over 72 hours, now the sent an email saying i need to get the real estate agent notes for the cleaning to prove that where there is nothing to do with the agent as i am the customer and i booked them. Where they were trying to put in a policy hole where they send me the screenshots of policy via email and ask me to provide the notes from agent.

How it is possible for me to show that uncleaned property to real-estate where there is a matter of few hours for the new tenants to come!!! But my real estate agent was so helpful and managed a emergency call up cleaners to clean quickly so that the new tenants can come.

Where i had to spend $650 and $150 call out night fee.

I’ll upload all the pictures taken after the cleaners left the job untouched and unethical manner.

Now i was asking for compensation if it doesn’t happen, ill file a police case against these scammers.

Most importantly if you see there is no business abn mention in any email or their website, no invoices and even they have payment history option but if you put your booking number nothing shows.

Few names are absolutely fake, [Name Removed], [Name Removed] but its not even indian name.

If you ask something logical they will act like mobile reception is not good. Im uploading all the pictures here so you guys know, ill keep you guys updated, ill see the end these time.

Do not engage 365 cleaners to do any sort of clean at your house, whether it be end of lease, new entry or standard clean. Firstly, it is very difficult to contact them (offshore telecentre) and then the cleaners that arrived at my house were in no way professional at all. They were unkempt and not professional and it was clear that they did not have any professional cleaning experience, they didn't even bring a dustpan. They didn't clean out the exhaust fans, didn't clean the oven properly and didn't clean the cupboards properly. They asked if they could go, and I had to check the window sills which had not been cleaned. I cannot emphasize how much you should not engage this business. They promise 'bond back' guarantee - however I have been asked by the property manager to go back and do a re-clean. They couldn't even send me an invoice receipt for my payment. Highly unprofessional and close to what I would consider a scam. I will not be asking 365 Cleaning to help. Save your money and find someone else to clean your place, it won't be hard to find a better business.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS . The worst customer service experience of my life . I booked a cleaning team for an end of lease clean , was promised 3-4 professional cleaners , I paid $100 deposit. On the day of the booking a man and young girl arrived with no equipment. They were rude to me from the very beginning . They walked through the house and immediately got on the phone for 20 minutes . He was speaking in his own language so I could not understand what was going on . I asked the girl where the cleaning equipment was and she said they had none and they were there to asses not to work ! Eventually after 40 minutes he got off the phone and told me the job was cancelled! I was very upset , he then got very intimidating and into my personal space . I didn't feel safe and went outside in the street and asked them to leave . Getting my refund back took over a week , constant emails and phone calls , I eventually had to threaten legal action . I have my refund now but still no apology or explanation about what happened to me . An absolute nightmare. Don't book them

The cleaning service provided a subpar job of cleaning the property, necessitating an additional two hours of cleaning on our part. Despite our efforts to point out various issues, they only addressed specific concerns and disregarded other noticeable scratches on the walls nearby. We were also disappointed to discover that their carpet cleaning service, which advertised stain removal, lacked the necessary equipment and only had a vacuum cleaner. When we mentioned this discrepancy, they deflected responsibility and suggested contacting the company directly for clarification on any other matters. It was necessary to closely supervise them at all times to ensure tasks were completed, yet we still struggled to achieve satisfactory results.

End of lease clean service. The house was cleaned really well and could not find any dirt and dust in the entire house. The house was left smelling just amazing. I would recommend the company to all my family and friends.

A terrible cleaning service. The bathroom was not cleaned, only the obvious surfaces so I would approve it on a quick glance.
I had to clean for 2 hours the next day. When I requested some sort of refund they would not.
A stressful addition to moving interstate.

Dishonest company going under different names including Bull18 Cleaners and CBD Movers.
They rip customers off and post fake reviews. Read the reviews carefully.
