Wrong order arrived emailed company 5 times still no one got back to me
Tried ringing no one answers the phone
Very dissatisfied

Placed a order on 15th December, for some Christmas gifts which were due to be delivered in 3-5 working days. On the fifth working day, I chased as I hadn't been notified of dispatch. 365 told me order had been dispatched, but then changed their mind and said I hadn't responded to their request for correspondence and my order would be cancelled. I hadn't received any contact since my order was confirmed and am unaware what 'correspondence' they were waiting for. Now awaiting refund.

Avoid. I ordered a Rekorderlig gift set on the 6th November. Delivery supposedly 3-5 days. Still haven’t received on the 23rd November. Emailed them no response, called them twice and promised a call back, no call back. Now trying to get a refund, but don’t hold out much hope!

Ordered 6 king cobra , 3 to 5 days delivery, still waiting, over a week now , customer service, not responding to emails or phone calls awful after sales service

Fast efficient service, purchase came well packaged as 24 cans of beer are not the easiest of things to send by courier. Thankyou.

Bought a Jeroboam of Jack Daniels, shipped and with me within two days and packaged up with up most care! Bubble wrapped and covered in inches of thick wrapping. Very impressed with the care taken and on time delivery.

Delivery arrived with a bottle missing only 49 instead of 50 bottles of mini Charlemagne
Contacted customer service who wanted pictures???? When I explained it was difficult to photograph a missing bottle they then asked me to provide photo of what I did receive!! .....customer service completely useless and didn't offer to send another bottle because I couldn't provide a picture ....shocking customer service... last time I will use this company....

Placed order and paid for 3-5 day delivery. No word of dispatch after 3 days. LOTS of emails and no reply. Eventually they answered a facebook message saying the bottle they had in stock had a leak so they were refunding me. Pretty sure it was a bot. Still waiting for my refund.......AVIOD AVOID AVOID!

Ordered six bottles of cider. Website stated they were dated 3/23. Good I thought…recently bottled. However when I received them, that date was the BBE date (best used before)!!! I ordered them at the end of April!!! I paid £30.00 for six bottles of out of date product! Appalling and underhand advertising. There was NO MENTION AT ALL that this was the case! Why on earth would anyone order an out of date product??!! Upon contacting them they completely hid behind the fact that the date was printed on the website! NOWHERE did it state that this was the BBE date. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The product was completely undrinkable.

Ordered a couple of bottles which included a Bottega gold, this was going to be a gift, but when it was received the foil seal was missing off the top and the bottle looked battered, as if it had been in the back of a cupboard for years. Don't waste your time, buy from somewhere else.

great customer service. had a couple questions regarding some products and rang in. the lady was very helpful… she even sent me follow up email regarding the products i enquired about. delivery was very prompt and arrived within 3 days of me ordering 👍

24 babycham delivered late December only just opened a bottle tasted off tried another also awful company say cannot exchange because over 30 days but 22 bottles unopened utter crap company DO NOT USE THEM

Purchased 2 champagne flutes for a Christmas present.
When they arrived one was badly scratched.
When I contacted 365 they didn't respond for over a week.
They then basically fobbed me off .
When I chased them again they said I could return it and have my money back on one glass
As I explained they were a pair as a gift and I wanted what I had purchased without damage.
They said they don't sell them anymore and fobbed me off again.

In short don't buy from these as they are terrible.

Very poor company to deal with. Still not got order after over 2 weeks. Trying to blame courier but slow sending in first place and no resolution / refund offered. Don’t answer messages quickly and when do just say sorry without sorting

Avoid! Do not waste your money!

1st time I ordered from this company. Product was dispatched same day via Royal Mail Tracked. It was securely packed, and also contained a lovely handwritten note with a gift bag containing chocolate. Prices are fair, too. Would recommend, and will use in future.
