Positive: Very fast delivery and for that reason the most reliable filament supplier in the UK
Negative: They don't approve critical reviews on their products which means other customers cannot make an informed choice. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a reply to an issue raised with one of their filaments. Very disappointing
