I bought a vacuumform as the item was in stock, After purchasing I never received a email confirmation accept a receipt from the shop app. By the end of the week I tried contacting them via shop app, email, text and phone. They main response was from AI and when I finally got someone on the phone they were clueless if they even had the product. After weeks of silence and asking for a cancellation and a refund I finally got a message confirming the cancellation but nothing about my refund. They lack any customer service their web sites does not list an item out of stock. I am still awaiting my refund and with very poor communication I have started other means to recoup my money. Never ever buy from these guys unless you like risking your time and money.

I highly warn anyone from buying anything from this store. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever had with an online retailer. They do not answer the phone or SMS, and they take days to reply to emails. We spent over $3.5k with this store and the product was faulty. They did nothing to help but passed the buck of the problem onto the manufacturer. As they are the retailer, they should be organising and supporting the warranty. Have a look at their reviews on Google as well. They are a terrible business. When I finally got onto them via phone, they tried to turn it back on me because I was being angry. Sure thing — if you paid $3.5k with a retailer and then they wouldn't answer or talk to you, you'd be pissed by the time you got onto them too. He refused to help, insisted it wasn't his problem, told me to work it out with the manufacturer, and then hung up on me. He's a terrible businessperson with no idea and does not deserve your money.
