I received my order in less than 2 weeks (shipped to Spain). Everything was perfectly packaged, none of the books were damaged at all, and the content is excellent. Thank you!!

They don't approve critical comments on their website only positives, book was amazing however packing was just thin cardboard with book thrown in loose without any filling or foil. There were dents and cut on my book. Overall deliver was fast in europe but carefull if you want your book to come in one piece.

Found them by accident while looking for Loish artbooks, purchased all three and then some more and so far my experience has been positive.

Artbooks are printed on a quality paper. I like that they aren't just pretty albums but rather contain detailed information on the artist's creative process (can only speak for Loish and Guweiz books though). I find that quite inspirational.

The Light and Color master series book is one that I would recommend to anyone studying art. It goes into detail on how light and color work and interact with each other and with different surfaces. There's also a couple of tutorials by various artists at the end of the book, not something I particularly care for as I don't see it as a solid way to learn the subject. Luckily it doesn't take too much space.

I also got one of their planar heads (female) and the quality is nice. So far I've been using it to aid my portrait painting and to apply more complex light and color.
A bit expensive, especially if you want other anatomy models too. But compared to stuff I have seen out there, this is the best option for your money.
Planar head itself is one the heavy side and comes in a box with protective foam. Still some of the edges were a little scratched, so I'm guessing this is a quality control issue. Doesn't bother me too much though since it doesn't interfere with the original purpose of the head.

Overall I will purchase again if they happen to release something of interest. Word of warning though, if you want to learn art, then the master series are nice to help with that, but anything with "how to draw" or "drawing for beginners" in title is a waste of your time and money.

I had a few concerns about the delivery time, more than two months, but in the end the items were well received and very well protected.
The customer service is pleasant.

I've only purchased from them once. It was a mixed experience but overall was a good one.

It took about 3 months for my order to arrive, the tracking number was dead for the whole shipment, and the shipping invoice was completed strangely by the company, so I had some issues with duties.

Normally this would be an awful experience and I would swear off the company but customer service was amazing when I contacted them about all my issues. I contacted them so many times I felt a little bad. It does take about a day to get a hold of the company but when they respond they are very helpful and accommodating.

I 100% will order from them again despite the issues I did have.

After buying 6 books on their website costing me 240 dollars. Its been 21 days and has not shipped. The seller is mostly unresponsive to my emails and even unresponsive with Paypal support. This has been the worst shopping experience. I was also charged 65 dollars for shipping alone, and its non refundable.
Always use paypal, when buying. So you can make a case and refunded.

Don’t buy from their site buy from a different store like target,barnes and nobles,amazon etc.

Scam "store". Avoid.
Ordered 2 statues - and my order never came to me. Helpdesk and support on the site ignored 3 of my emails regarding this issue.

Similar story, subscription if for 4 issues but only received 1st issues. !

I ordered 3 books from 3dtotal. They had this option that you get a discount with every extra copy. The order came up to €90.
Several days later I received ONE book only.
I emailed all their contacts provided on the website, there was no response whatsoever, not even to say they are looking into it.
Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, use Amazon or eBay etc, this place is a joke.

Great books - some are printed a little dark so check reviews before ordering, but I'm very happy with all my books so far :) Fast shipping to Ireland too.

I ordered a book for my daughter at the beginning of August and paid for Tracked shipping. When the book didn't arrive after 10 days, I called 3dtotalShop and was quickly able to speak to a member of staff at the company. He apologised for the delay and assured me that another copy would be with me within 2 days. I received a text the following morning and the book was with me by 10am. Typically, the other copy of the book arrived the same day! I will be sending this back as this wasn't a cheap book and it's the least I can do in the circumstances.
