Very satisfied client of 3ERP
3ERP have been exceptional to deal with. Being in Australia I did predict some issues with correspondence and possibly quality but I was WRONG. It has been so easy dealing with the guys from 3ERP from the other side of the world. The quality of the products have been amazing, we had a small issues at one stage but it was quickly addressed and you cant ask for much more then that! I highly recommend giving them a go.

Over a year of great experiences working with Victor and 3ERP
Over the last year I have worked with Victor at 3ERP. I have placed nearly a dozen orders for a total of about 70 unique custom parts for medical product prototypes (plastics, metals, lathe, mill, EDM, heat treatment, laser marking). Most of which have been very complex multi-axis / multi setup parts, and many with tight tolerances needs. I have continually been impressed with the part quality, the pricing, and Victor's customer service. I think I have always had quotes within a day, and usually have parts in my hands in less than 3 weeks.
All that said, please don't use them, because I want them to keep making parts for me and don't want you bogging them down with your parts, haha ;-)

3E Rapid Prototyping is Outstanding
3E Rapid Prototyping continues to exceed my expectations. I've been using them for over 3 years now and every interaction with them reminds me of how glad I am to have found them. I've used a number of overseas machine shops over the years, and 3ERP is so much better than all the others I can't even really compare them. Communication is excellent, they always deliver exactly when they promise, quality is outstanding. Price is a bit more than I was paying elsewhere, but well worth it in my opinion. I have complete trust in 3ERP that they will deliver what they promise and it is such a relief to work with them.

All Around Great Experience.
Nicole and the 3ERP team are absolutely great. Great communication, fast response times and the quality shows in the end product. They have a strong engineering background and they aren't afraid of challenging projects. It is rare to find fast and affordable prototypes so it is very much worth quoting a project with them.

Thanks for your positive comment. Indeed, Nicole is one of our best project managers. The reason we love to take challenging is, it feels so good when we get the things done. By the way, we can handle simple projects as well. Lol.
