I ordered linen curtains for the first time and was a bit nervous about the result, but I shouldn’t have been. From the moment I touched the fabric, I could tell the quality was there. The curtains drape beautifully, feel soft yet substantial, and instantly bring a sense of calm and balance to the room.

Requested and paid the postage for samples. Still yet to receive them 19 days on. I have emailed several times chased them but with no response. Customer service is appalling.

I had a great email exchange with Vicky that really helped me to take the right decision about style, lenght, drop and seasless looking of a pair of office curtains. The company is sourcing the very best high qualità linen. This time I went with sheer off whyte linen panel that were the right choice for our office sice they let in light and still give enough privacy and look really elegant and stilish. The quality of the final product is really high and they have acthourough control process all along. By previous experience with H3 linen I can only say make sure to discuss all details and do ask as many questions before placing the order. You will not be disappointed then!

From my asking for some linen samples, and advice all along the way, right up to swift delivery of a beautifully made pair of lined curtains, I have everything positive to take from this process: thank you.

This was the only company I could find who produced anything close to what I wanted so I splurged. The product is excellent and the customer support responsive when I needed reassurance.

I felt it inappropriate at checkout to ask for a tip- also the shipping is astronomical compared to other companies shipping into the UK. I felt the fact they’re based in Poland should have been clear and the shipping should have been obvious (£20)- especially as it’s far from cheap.

Overall happy, but wouldn’t use again due to the shipping costs.
