Delay in responses unfortunately
Delay in responses unfortunately, the costumer care going down, i have ordered an MS 365 license and transferred the money in the same time, and haven’t got anything, when they replied to me, it appear that the license is not what i expected so i have asked for a refund week a go but no one replies to me which its very disappointing. Dear Mohammed, thank you for your feedback. As you are aware, digital products like licenses are non-refundable once they have been delivered to the client. You received the product, and our product description clearly stated that it was an “حساب” (account) not a “مفتاح” (key), which is exactly what you received. However, considering the amount involved, we have spoken with our Iraqi payment provider to refund you the amount for order 5587. You may keep the product as a gift. In the future, please ensure to carefully read the product details before making a purchase. Regarding the delay, you did not provide the payment proof (Sender Number). After investigating with our payment provider, it was found that you sent the money from a number that is not registered in our system or in your profile. Therefore, the delay occurred because you did not provide any proof of payment for the order and requested a refund for an item that is not in our system. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused from our side.
The cheapest and best option for subscriptions
Been buying my subscriptions from these guys for 4 years now. The cheapest on the market ever. Subscriptions are legit and authentic. The support is amazing. Last time I bought an office yearly subscription and due to a mistake on my side It thought it was a permanent code. They contacted me and offered me another free year subscription completely free! Highly recommended and highly reliable.
