We offer full architectural services in-house for planning, building regulations for building control and also drawings for construction. We have in-house chartered town planners/ planning consultants and we have a track record of successful planning applications around the UK but mainly in Greater London and Greater Manchester areas. The firm has grown rapidly over the past 17+ years boasting hundreds of successful planning and architectural projects around the UK, specifically in London and Manchester. Many of them are featured on the 4D Planning website. The team currently consists of 8-9 in-house professionals and 6 external consultants with a range of expertise. These include: Architectural Designers, Chartered Town Planners/ Planning Consultants, Transport Planner, a Heritage and Conservation Consultant, Building Control Specialists and CAD Technicians. Supporting the 4D Planning team are an extensive network of professional specialists who step in when required. Planning permits and applications made easy
Dealing with Graham is an absolute pleasure and following exchange of details, he dealt with all the planning applications and permits required on our project in Central London. Graham checked in regularly with updates and was always on the other end when I had queries relating to any planning issues, patiently answering my questions. The whole planning process is made easy by engaging 4D Planning to take this on so we can concentrate on other aspects of the project. Can highly recommend!

Elie and 4D were excellent to deal with in our planning application.
Following engagement with Elie he provided instant confidential and a range of experience in being able to meet our requirements. It was never an issue to pick up the phone and discuss my concerns or queries with Elie which is a great customer skill to have.
Elie and his team were efficient, always available and patient. They also managed to successfully gain us approval for our property extension which was a pleasing outcome.

Professional, Helpful and Reasonably Priced
I commissioned 4D Planning to help me prepare and submit all necessary drawings, plans and documents for a retrospective planning permission. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process and the application was successful. They were also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

We have a project of converting carehome into apartments. This was our first experience to apply for planning permission from council. 4D planning was really helpful, particularly Elie. First of all, they gave us a very clear outline and cost breakdown structure. There was no confusion and hidden costs. They were patient with our ideas and minor amendments throughout the process. We had regular meetings online. They all were friendly and committed to great service.Highly recommend !!!

Elie was great he took the job and got it done! I run an interior design and construction business and the key is people like Elie joining our team and getting things done and he did exactly that. Very little stress and all approved so could not recommend more highly.

Excellent service and pro-active with the local council
We used Elie to help manage a planning application for Permission for a Development. The process took over a year. The communication and changing requirements from the local Council was frustratingly slow with the after-effects of COVID and WFH. Elie was extremely helpful, professional, competent and positive to keep the process moving in the right direction. A very good experience and result for us. We would highly recommend

Great advice for planning permission
