My experience with 4Rabet's customer support has been extremely disappointing.
On **19.03.2026**, I made a deposit that 4Rabet later confirmed as a **failed transaction**. Throughout my support case (**Support Ticket: SUP-1229377**), their customer service repeatedly stated in writing that the deposit had failed and that the matter was being handled by the payment provider.
Since I needed official proof to resolve the dispute with my bank and the relevant authorities, I specifically requested an **official letter on 4Rabet's letterhead** confirming the failed transaction. During my conversations with customer support, I was led to believe that this request would be accommodated. However, despite my repeated follow-ups, no official letter was ever provided.
Because I initiated the UPI payment myself, the banks treated the transaction as one that I had authorized. During my efforts to recover the funds, every bank involved closed my chargeback or dispute request because they considered the transaction to be a **person-to-person (P2P)** transfer rather than a merchant payment. As a result, the banks concluded that they could not reverse the transaction. Based on the responses I received, I do not believe the banks were responsible for what happened in my case, since the payment had been initiated by me.
Whenever I raised this issue with 4Rabet and explained that the banks had already completed their investigations, I was repeatedly told to **contact my bank**. This response continued even after I informed them that the banks had already reviewed the case and closed their investigations. Instead of addressing my request for official documentation, I was continuously redirected back to my bank.
This is exactly why I needed an official letter from 4Rabet. A formal document confirming that the deposit had failed would have been valuable evidence when communicating with my bank and the relevant authorities. Instead, I was left with only chat messages, which many banks and authorities do not consider official evidence.
A legitimate business should be able to issue an official document confirming whether a payment was received, failed, rejected, or is under investigation—especially after confirming the status to the customer in writing. In my case, despite confirming that the deposit had failed, 4Rabet did not provide the official documentation I requested.
If 4Rabet responds to this review, I hope they will address the specific issues I have raised rather than simply advising me to contact my bank again. My banks have already completed their reviews, and the reason I requested an official letter from 4Rabet was because the banks required evidence that only 4Rabet could provide.
The lack of an official letter made it much more difficult to resolve my payment dispute and caused unnecessary delays. I spent significant time communicating with my bank, gathering evidence, and following up with different parties because 4Rabet would not provide a formal confirmation of the transaction status.
I hope 4Rabet improves its customer support by providing official documentation when customers experience payment issues. If a company confirms in writing that a transaction has failed and indicates that it will provide official confirmation, it should follow through. Transparency, consistency, and proper documentation are essential for resolving financial disputes fairly and efficiently.
