Slow dispatch but think it's the time of year. One of the boxes were open when I opened my parcel. A bit disappointing given it was a present. It didn't effect the good but made it look shabby.

Ordered a jacket late on a Sunday night a week before Christmas. I genuinely thought it would arrive after Christmas but that wasn't a problem. Arrived first thing Tuesday morning!
Product is fantastic and even warmer than I thought it would be which is perfect as it was bought for outdoor photography trips!

Very quick delivery. Great service. Delighted to get a hydro flask which is like no other water bottle to drink out of. It keeps the water cool and tasting great hours after filling it.
