I used the online shop and received an email when the items were dispatched, full order was complete. I received 1/3 items & that was damaged. No response to phone number given for online sales & eventually got a response after 30 hours from email stating order was dispatched in two separate lots. Still awaiting delivery of 2/3 items, two days after first delivery.

Great selection, easy ordering, fast delivery
Great selection of products online, found many that I wanted. Selected two products (runners and climbing pants). Received quickly and very happy with both.

Delivery that almost wasn't
The package arrived very quickly but when it arrived at parcel motel the PM number was missing and I had to log into my account to re direct the package. If I didn't receive a text message from the courier I wouldn't have known an my package would not have been delivered
